When I called they would not take the call but go through an online app. It took days of messages back and forth and even then I did not get all the money back. They won't talk to you on the phone even if you ask. Terrible customer service! There are lots of decent handyman companies that do not misuse their customer's cards once they get hold of the number. How is this company allowed to do so and still operate in the United Kingdom?

Not only was he not coming at all, but no one had even bothered to call us to let us know (while we were waiting for 30 minutes) that he would not be coming because he had called in sick. The fact that no alternative could be offered added insult to injury, but I was even more shocked to discover that they couldn't commit to sending anyone at all to any of the work we'd scheduled for the next two weeks. I was told on the phone that you have "staffing problems" which begs the question why they are taking bookings at all. I feel misled, I felt from the website and swift email responses that they were a big-ish outfit but clealry they are a one/two man band.
