These guys are awesome! I've been using them for a few months now and they never fail to impress me so I decided to give them a review because they are well worth it. First issues I was having was my water heater not having hot water, they came out and replaced a unit on my water heater and issue was resolved. I had another issue one month later, this time was my toilet getting backed and and clogged frequently, again they came out and snaked my toilet drain line and fixed the problem. They also recommended that some drain lines will need to be replaced in the near future and I will definitely give them a call when the time comes. Professionally and reliable guys to work with! My toilet for my mechanic shop was clogged and overflowing. I called 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing since they were local and had great online reputation with 5 star reviews. Josh answered the phone in a professional manner and schedule an appointment and arrived within 2 hours understanding that this was an emergency. They came out and realized that this was a main sewer line issue, inspected the problem with a camera through the main sewer line. Sewer line was backed up do to grease build up. They quickly suggested to hydro jet the main sewer line which should solve the issue. Within 45 minutes hyrdo jet was done and issue was resolved. Fast, professional, honest and reasonable prices. I had an emergency plumbing situation, my bathroom toilets and shower drains were all clogged and water was backing up into my house, horrible sewer smell and debris overflowing. Josh and Bob came out took a look at the problem, did a sewer video inspection through my drain lines, showed me on the monitor where all the problems are and advised that main sewer line has multiple cracks and bunch of roots and debris build up. They recommended a Trenchless sewer line replacement immediately. They quoted a price right away for their service and got to work soon as I gave them the green light. Good company to work with! I found 1 Day Rooter and Plumbers online and called them to help with my backed up clogged toilet issues I was having. We didn't know it was backed up, we had called for a leak at the base of the toilet originally. They ran a video camera inspection through my toilet access and quickly discover that the main sewer line had a stoppage do to root intrusion and old cast iron drain build up.
