After she had the codes changed on all the tenants key fobs, mine no longer worked, effectively locking me out of the building. After 6 weeks of trying to get it fixed and being told she couldn't do it, I had enough. I left the keyfob with her and said she could fix it and slide it under my door if she had too. It was done the very next day. For my efforts I was told that I was strictly prohibited from entering the office again. A petty reaction for having her do her job.

They don't have enough staff and you can tell the workers have given up and constantly irritated which isn't surprising since every unit in that place had water damage and more. If I could rate it no stars I definitely would. Honestly don't know how they get away with charging anything over $500 cause the entire place is a wreck.
