After making MULTIPLE attempts at getting a hold of literally ANYONE that would actually do their job and close our account, we still keep receiving bills. The customer service phone line just keeps telling us that our sales representative would call. The dumpster was picked up in SEPTEMBER and now in DECEMBER, we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE. This is legitimately the worst form of customer service.
