I had had the aerator rebuilt a couple of years ago but I was sure the sprinklers weren't working properly...or at all! They were super prompt and got right to work on pumping it and the owner checked out her system and told me that the floaters needed replacing, the pump needed repair, and a seal needed replacing. I asked the price and the price I got was very competitive with other companies in the area. He didn't charge me to diagnose the problem...another company had told me they'd charge me $195 JUST to diagnose the problem and that the $195 WOULD NOT count towards the repairs if I let them fix it!I immediately decided the other company wasn't getting my business!
