I do wish the email had clear instructions for the entrance, there's two sets of stairs and of course I went up the wrong one the first time, but there's only two so it's a 50-50 chance haha. My confirmation email contained no phone number and no building or check-in instructions. Upon arrival, there was no signage or staff presence indicating where or how to check in. I independently navigated the building and located Suite 2151 without any guidance. I arrived at the suite at approximately 4:28 PM and knocked for over 15 minutes with no response. With no phone number provided in my confirmation email, I was forced to search online to locate an email address for the company. The only phone number available was posted physically on the door--again, not provided to patients in advance. I called this number multiple times with no answer. When an employee(Christina) eventually returned my call, their demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The employee was unable to identify my scheduled appointment and incorrectly assumed I was present for a drug screening, despite my appointment being for fingerprinting. This lack of awareness further demonstrates the disorganization and unprofessional conduct at this location. No meaningful effort was made to address the situation or take responsibility for the failures in communication. This experience reflects poorly not only on IdentoGO, but on any department that continues to refer patients to this location. I will not be returning, and I will be formally communicating this experience to the appropriate departments for further review.
