I can't say enough good things about Duke from 10-4 towing! I went off the highway into the ditch to avoid a head-on collision, and Duke communicated with me over phone and text to get to me as soon as possible in awful conditions. it was a tricky removal from the ditch, but you were calm, collected, and figured out a quick and safe solution that didn't leave my vehicle overnight. He saw how shook up I was after my experience and towed me back to my family in Prince George, even asking if I needed to stop along the way for food, washroom, anything.
