We biked down to La Boca early in the day when it was a little less busy, and other places. Rental Bike Argentina had a great price on simple "cruise" bikes that we took. The bikes worked great coming out of the shop and except for something odd with the front brake later in the day on one of the bikes, but the rear brake was plenty and kept working. We were given a nice strong lock, and the option of helmets, which we did go with. We would rent bikes for the day here again!
