Alex was a great server asked for the ice after the martini was made he shook it at the table and left the ice in a second glass. Can't tell you how many times the server has messed up when I asked for the shaker ice. Got the house made turkey burger. 10 our if 10!! As a non beef eater I've had many turkey burgers can be dry or tasteless but not here. It was so good there may be butter involved! Frequent visitor from California so this will be added to my regular stops. Only problem is should I try the house made salmon burger or stick with a sure thing next time! read more

Have never walked out of a restaurant until now, last Saturday night, 9/8/18. Rude and unprofessional bartender. He moved with no urgency or ability to facilitate a large bar, totally lacking ability to multitask as well as basic customer service pleasantries. Honestly I was excited to come to this restaurant because it seemed like it was going to have a wonderful atmosphere... So, I will just start by saying that the food is good and Sophia our waitress is the reason they are even receiving one star(besides the fact that you can't give zero stars)...My boyfriend and I walked in and immediately I could tell that one of the two hosts had an issue with us. But I let it go, until she walked us by several open booths to the back corner of a party room in between two loud parties...so I ask for a booth and she looks at me as if I have ten heads and with an attitude brings us to a booth. Because I could sense her annoyance I asked if it was a problem and of course with an attitude she replied with a bothered "No". She seemed shocked honestly that I would have the audacity to want to enjoy a date with my boyfriend not in the middle of several loud parties....I write this because I hope the next time this host comes in contact with a couple/group of people she's not particularly fond of OR if she is having a bad day (because that happens to the best of us) that she may put that to the side and treat others how she would like to be treated. I do not wish for her to lose her job but to just be more aware of her actions...again had Sophia not been so kind we definitely would have left immediately.... read more

First time here, had Tenacious (teetoo) as our waiter, super charismatic. Got a burger with bacon and maple barbeque sauce and onion strings. Server suggested we add the strings into the burger. We were met with a no-nonsense waitress who had no problem walking right up and interrupting the table any time she approached us. It was like we were there to dine on her time. Appetizer antipasto was so good but our entrees came 5 minutes after the antipasto. She didn't time the food at all. One in our party finished his entree and she whisked away the plate and fork, even though we were all still finishing the app. He had to ask for another one back from her. She cleared the check quickly and made every attempt to turn the table quickly. As for the food, it was just ok. The ahi tuna was not sushi grade so I don't recommend it. I stayed with my wife at the AC Hotel next door and ate two meals at 110. We are from Northern California and consider ourselves "foodies." We had two great meals at 110. Great wine selection and every dish we had was well prepared and delicious. Plus the service was terrific. I don't know if we caught everyone in a good mood, but they entire staff was fun and engaging. The restaurant manager Tim made it a point to welcome us and made sure everything was to our liking. I am always looking for new places to eat that offers something a little different, you managed to wow me this evening. Our sever Alex was on her game. Being Valentine's Day I expected it to be busy and it was. Alex made sure to be very attentive without being annoying she explained the specials and even suggested a few things. I thoroughly enjoyed the crab dip, and the lobster bisque my guest said the chicken wings were the best he ever had (he loves wings), our entrees were both also exceptional I had the lobster ravioli he had the filet. Before I say why I gave two stars, let me give my compliments about the restaurant chain itself. First time I came to 110 grill was in Marlborough MA. All of the staff was awesome! Accommodated my gluten allergy, made sure our order was how we wanted it. As I'm sitting here at the 110 grill 7:00pm on a Monday in Worcester, there's a completely different experience happening. Waiter called me sir by accident, thought that was funny. He was very apologetic. Ordered garlic Parmesan wings which were amazing. It wasn't until I started watching the cooks. No gloves, touching their faces and arms and grabbing bread out of the oven with no gloves or tongs. This is why I gave two stars. I've been to many of these restaurants and have seen never seen anything unsanitary. ESPECIALLY since they're cooking right in front of you. I'm very displeased by it. One cook with a lot of tattoos and one single ear bud In constantly touched food without gloves and who I'm assuming is the assistant manager (tall, solid guy in a blue sweater) constantly did the same thing. Even touched his face and grabbed bread out of the oven. I will honestly not come back here after watching it first hand. I wanted to call them out but it's not place since the Manager (tall bald guy with a blue checkered shirt) watched this happen. I'm thankful that they had gloves on when prepping our food. BBQ CHICKEN NACHOS ARE A MUST HAVE. Emily is a pretty cool waitress. Super kind, seems like she loves her job and works hard to give exceptional customer service. BUT there is one big reason why I am giving 110 Grill 2 stars. All of my friends and I got different entrees and ALLLL of them were super under-seasoned. It tasted like they boiled everything and put on a plate with a sprinkle of salt. My friends and I had to dump loads of pepper and table salt to adjust it and make it somewhat okay tasting. Even the tarar sauce couldn't fix what they have ruined. It's a nice place, luxurious feel, makes you feel like a billionaire even though your just downtown Worcester. Food service was also a little slow. But the prices are outrageous and if you're willing to pay almost $18 for bland fish and chips, be my guest. But I like seasoned food. read more

NOT A FAN. Ambiance & atmosphere is great. You feel like you're in a very classy place, not Worcester. Hosting staff greets you immediately. We were brought to our table & left there for about 30 minutes before asked what we'd like to drink. We were also starving so we asked for bread we saw another table eating since we weren't given any, took another 20 minutes because they said they were "making it fresh", however when we got it, it wasn't hot and barely warm. For appetizers, we got the crispy shrimp, fried pickles & buffalo chicken flat bread. Fried pickles were good, basic & small portion. The shrimp was terrible. It was jumbo sized, barely tempura'd & was so fishy. The flat bread also wasn't good, the dough was stale like & chicken had no taste. For our main entrees, 5 people got steak tips which they all enjoyed. Myself & 1 other got the cod, again super fishy & bla. The mashed potatoes tasted funny & Brussel sprouts had 0 taste. Also at this time my husband asked for another beer prior to getting his dinner. He was finished with dinner before it came. Over all, not impressed for what it was hyped up to be. Service was fine. Ambiance is really nice. Recorded music is for 20-somethings and not on par for the restaurant, especially a Sunday night. The roasted beet salad was delicious but the entrees were unimaginative and rather boring and took some time to receive even though it was not at all busy. We had to ask for bread, and that was dry. We also decided on a carafe of Cabernet that was good but the amount was a joke - the full contents provided just one glass each. Aren't you supposed to get at least three glasses from a carafe? So how much do individual glasses cost? We will not return. read more
