Went here because Apple works with them or suggests them...well they had my phone for a month. No updates on their end... had to continue to text and reach out, but all I kept getting from them was "apple still has your phone, that's all we know" Isn't it your job to do follow ups? Finally they got word from Apple (after multiple times of me contacting them) they blamed it on Apple and apologized on "Apples behalf" I got my phone in a few days after that. When returning their loaner phone they offer you (which was nothing great or equivalent to my phone) they charged me $30 because the case was cracked. So....lets have my phone essentially lost for an entire month, not give me or find updates on it until I annoy enough, and then charge me $30 for a cheap phone case on top of everything? As if the inconvenience of this all wasn't enough. Take the drive to Houston to an Apple Store honestly. Management should have apologized and then taken the loss of their cheap phone case. read more

If i could give ZERO stars it would still be too many!! this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The manager Richard was absolutely rude useless and in fact told me I needed to call Apple to get a refund or exchange on the wrong product they sold me. When I called Apple the lady said she didn't know why he would have me call them, they have nothing to do with my purchase. I even brought my laptop inside so they would sell me the right item, which they did not. I trusted a tech company to sell me the right item i needed and when they didnt, they tried to blame me like if i picked out the item. read more

I was having issues with my display on my MacBook. I took it in and they were able to get it back to me within 5 days, and it was free under my insurance! (mine was through 12th man since I bought it there but they do take apple care). They were very helpful and kind. read more

I was having problems with my right AirPod Pro rattling and contacted apple via chat, they told me that since my product was under warranty that it could be replaced. However, there is no apple store anywhere near College Station so they directed me to go here. Originally (summer 2020), I went to the location that is not on campus and initially it was fine, until I received them after the "service". When I got home and tested them out I noticed right off the back that the earpiece was changed and was not the same size as I had come in with. Not only was the earpiece different but there was ear wax in the earpiece (obviously another persons because of the change in earpiece), which was very off-putting. Then I began to notice that the problem I came in with, right AirPod rattling, still persisted. This is incredibly frustrating as it took 3-5 days to come in and yet I still ended up with broken AirPods. Once I found the time again I contacted Apple for the second time and explained the situation. They said it was incredibly rare that I would receive another defective product, and instructed me to go get a replacement again. So, this time I went to the on-campus location and was kindly greeted by the cashier type employee but then by someone sitting in a back room with an attitude. Actually I was not even greeted by this mysterious employee as they just chimed in on the conversation I was having and never bothered to get up and actually have and non-yelling across the room type conversation.This is not the standard held by a third party Apple seller and definitely not by Texas A&M by any means. I was dissatisfied from the beginning with the service I received originally but now am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service that I received recently. I wanted to write this review after I finished entirely with this experience, but could no longer wait. At this point even if I got a fixed and serviced AirPod Pro my experience was terrible. If I could give them no stars, I would. The password on my computer suddenly stopped working; I took my computer to 12th Man Tech. My credit card was charged $92.05 and I was told 3-5 business days before I would get it back. A week later, a tech left a message for me to call back. I called 2-3 times over the next 3-4 days; I couldn't get a person to pick up--all the calls went straight to a machine and no ever called back. A week later, I called AGAIN and left ANOTHER message that they had had my computer for 2 weeks and I wanted to know when I was going to get it back. Two days later: STILL no return call! I called AGAIN; the tech obviously had not read the intake report--he didn't address any of my issues in the report other than the password not working; he wanted to know what password I wanted on the machine (that, too, was on the intake form that he never read). Ten minutes later, he called and said the computer was fixed; I asked if he had run a virus scan; he hadn't. Twenty minutes later, he said the computer was ready to be pick up. When I arrived, there was no explanation of what was wrong with my computer or what he had done to fix it. The tech was not available nor was his supervisor. When I complained to the owner, Kristen Cox, she did nothing but make excuses and argue and then decided to dock two employees for the amount of the repair so she could refund my money--the girl that took my computer in and the tech that did the repair: two struggling college students! The owner asks for comments and then does nothing constructive with the problems that customers report; it was a Most Unpleasant Experience! The employees are poorly trained and the owner isn't big enough to admit to mistakes or apologize for them! I will never take a computer back to 12th Man Technology! read more

I came in to get my computer fixed and they fixed it in one visit! They were so nice and helpful. As a college student I really appreciated their effort to get me in and out as fast as possible. Will 100% come back if I have any more issues. read more

My laptop found itself damaged by a cumbersome Starbucks Americano, and I thought I was screwed. My first inclination was to take it 12th Man Technology since I heard good reviews from friends. I took it in, and the staff was amazing at handling my issue. They guided me through the necessary steps to get it replaced under warranty, and managed to get it done very timely and essentially free. In particular, Dillon was very helpful and communicated well and often through the replacement process. I highly recommend this place, in my opinion the customer service is unmatched. read more

Our daughter need her iphone repaired. We called the MSC store and was told that contrary to the review above, they do not do any iphone repairs in that store. The man who answered the phone was rude and almost impossible to understand. read more
