Despite my general disdain for having to step foot in this place, I have to say, this is…read morebureaucratic bureaucracy at its best. If you need documents certified or notarized (typically photocopies of passports, visas, bills), this is the place to come. First you wait in a short line to explain what you need, hand over the documents, and then you get a ticket with a number. You'll then move into the waiting area with is only a cool 5 paces away and wait for the ding on the monitor indicating a new number. You may end up waiting for 20 minutes or so, but there's a small cafe within where you can get juices? Snacks? Coffee? Yes, all of those things. How considerate, right? I've had to come here lots of times. First to sign off on my lease and next to pull items out of customs. If either of these two things are in your near future, then get comfortable.
