There are several companies located in the building (this is currently under change so I won't elaborate) and apartments on the upper floors. We worked with Brandeis catering to host our wedding reception in the North Ballroom on the 10th floor. With soaring 22-ft ceilings, hardwood floors and a built-in bar and stage this place was absolutely perfect.

You can use a personal desk space, but I opted to sit in the kitchen/break area, which is large and comfortable. Coffee, snacks, and Artemis teas are available (and free!). My only complaints were that there are not a lot of electrical outlets in the break room space. Also, it was quite chilly, I should have brought a light sweater or hoodie. Neither of these things were much of a problem though. They have a free coworking day on the second Thursday of the month. I highly recommend giving this a try.
