CONDO: 1600 Church Road Condos : #C109 = They were supposed showed me a condo for rent. I'm a Black women, a teacher for 13 years. Her Husband, Craig Riddle (I believe that's his name) began questioning me about my living situation. I have never been questioned like this for just seeing a home or apartment. As we were walking to the condo for me to view, her husband asked me about my living situation. Then, he asked me "Are you on Section 8?" They treated me as if I was trash. Ruth spoke to me as if I were her child when I got lost coming through a lot of traffic. If you are Black, do not use her for taxes or ANYTHING. She and her husband are racists. read more

I moved to 1600 church Road wyncote pa in june 2022 after living at an apt complex in Norristown for four years. My former residence in Norristown was horrible!!!! My new place at 1600 church Road Condos.....is great living!!!! Kathy Schmitz community manager along her maintenance staff is great!!!! This place is clean and maintained well!!!! Staff is pleasant and kind!!!! Residents are friendly and it is quiet!!!! I am very happy to live here!!! Again thanks so much!!!! read more

This is far from a comfortable environment. There is an old man that sits outside of building A every single day harassing people. He has personally screamed at us, tried to hug us, and make us afraid to go out the exit he sits by. We've also seen him yell at children and pedestrians from 50 yards away to get their attention, and has also yelled repeatedly at others from their balcony. Stay away read more
