She had to constantly keep emailing out letter to tenants reminding them to pick up after their pets, and to please try to keep the dumpster area clean. Time and time again, nothing improved. She had no help, there was never a maintenance person ever on site to help maintain the complex. So trash was EVERYWHERE all the time. Super thin walls, and since the stairs are built right up against the walls of your living room you can hear every step. We were also told at the beginning of the lease we were all allowed to have gas grills only on our balcony, and after a year we got another letter stating that we all had to get rid of them and can't be anywhere near the property within 10 days. All these emails got old. But, I'm sure it was her it was the property owner telling her to send them out. Quite pricey as well for what you pay for. The upgraded Internet is also 20 extra dollars a month which is super slow. Around 4mbs. Terrible.

The office manager, Lisa, was FANTASTIC! Very helpful with move-in and move-out processes and was nice enough to give me information on the local area. I would highly recommend living here. The were several unit amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, etc.). It is also very peaceful - a quiet community with well kept grounds and a pool. Never had any problems while living here - wish I could have stayed! Overall a great place to live.
