Unfortunately my experience here was not that great. They follow you like you about to steal something. Terrible shop.

My wife & I stopped in to pick up a pen while we were in town to relax by the pool, we popped in later in the evening where we were greeted by Slim who helped us out with recommendations as well as just being overall friendly & polite. My wife & I can both be very indecisive at times but Slim was super patient & willing to help with all our questions. He was super friendly & personable & just an overall good dude who made our experience here awesome! read more

Just called to ask a question and the person who picked it up was extremely rude. Ridiculous.

If only I could rate my experience in negative stars... here's some highlights. -Front door was locked & I had to actually ask if they were open for business. -After getting the vape tools I needed, I tried to let the customer behind me go ahead so I could browse. -Clerk (Raena) cops an attitude & says "Are you buying these?" I said yes, to which she replies,"Then pay for them"....and that's when things got weird... -I say "But I want to look around for whatever else I might want". She replies, "You have to tell me what you want". So I say "How am I supposed to know what I want if I can't see it... especially since I've never been here". She replies, "This isn't Walmart". I pay for my 2 items and quietly leave. - Now ladies and gentlemen, this isn't the first time I've been confronted with comedic levels of atrocious customer service and I'm sure it won't be the last. It's how I've mastered my zen. I will say this: To Raena, my sweet summer child. As the warrior poet Ice Cube once said, "You better check yourself before you wreck yourself". Nobody wants to be talked to like they're the moron especially not when they are trying to give you business. You cost your employer some money today for sure. I would rather piss glass and have a pineapple shoved up my ass...the wrong way, than voluntarily go anywhere near this establishment again. read more

I walked in and the employees did not show any interest in helping. Customer service is horrible especially Tiffany and the manager.

Seemed like a cool place but they tried selling me a Stnr delta 8 cart for $90 (I buy the same 2000 mg carts at my local shop for $40). When I tried explaining that they're worth half the price they're selling them for, the girl behind the counter tried telling me it's a "house brand" ??? Deliberately lied to explain the ridiculous price. That's just one product tho. read more

I went into this store today, and let me tell you it was a remarkable experience. The selection is great, it's a very clean environment and I loved the customer service. I was greeted by a tall gentleman named josh as soon as I walked in, and he recommended and let me test a couple juices until we found the one! I will definitely be coming back due to the great service and cleanliness!! read more

Worst smoke shop ever, they have a no exchange no return policy and they sell broken merchandise! I bought a new battery for my vaporizer and as soon as I walk to my car a put my cartridge the battery did not work! Tiffany is the worst, she promise she will help me if did not work and as soon as I walk back in 5 min later she just said sorry but all sales are final!!!!!!! read more

I called from Philly for a friend who is stuck in the hospital near by. I know nothing about vape juice. Colleen was more than patient with me and most helpful to get him the correct vape juice he needs. She also went way above and beyond to make sure he got the vape juice delivered to him ASAP. He absolutely loves it!!! The best he has had. I am so thankful for her help today. She has no idea how much she really helped me and him out by doing all of this over the phone. Gf bought a "seven" pipe for thirty dollars, opened it outside the store and found the metal on the "rose gold" stained.. she walked back in and asked to exchange.. they said no unless you take the display.. no refund either.. just the same shitty faces they had when we first walked in.. if you can go to another head shop, do it.. these guys don't know how to service or even sell for that matter.. out of business by mid 2019, bet.. just overall depressing place and depressing dim witted humans working there read more
