Bike rental for a day is 7.50 euro. The only issue i had was that they gave me what i would compare to a beach cruiser. It made the 20 mile ride a bit longer. If i was in town longer, i wonder if i had called ahead and reserved a bike, if i would've gotten a mountain or road bike. Overall, great service and perfect location.

The worst bike shop in Neubrandenburg. This is a bike shop that won't repair bikes. Said my 8 year…read moreold bike was "too old" to repair. After some argument they finally agreed to repair the bike. I had a punctured tube and needed them to replace the rear bike tube and the rear brakes. After about a week after the replacement, the rear wheel was wobbly and would hit the frame constantly. When I brought it in for repair, they blamed it that it was a old bike and charged me more money to re-align the rear wheel after their mistake. They do not stand by their quality of work and have terrible customer service. DO NOT go to this bike shop, terrible customer service and are too focused on selling you a new bike than fixing their own mistakes.

I paid 10€ per day for two days, but this included both a delivery and pickup from my hotel. My hotel called them around 4pm to order a bike and it arrived shortly after 6pm. The bike included a headlight and tail light (both powered by a generator), as well as a bike lock. The bike was in good condition and appeared to have been well maintained. I left the bike with the hotel at checkout and went about my way. The delivery person spoke decent English. I will use them again if I'm in the area.
