There was a very long pause and she then said well are you going to give me your acct#? it was in a very rude tone. My response was if you don't ask how do I know you need it? She then said I can look it up by name or acct #. When I asked if she could see a deposit we've been having trouble with she said can you see it I can't and so it's not there. Very rude tones So rude that I'll be moving an acct I've had there more than 20 yrs. There's too much bank competition to have rude unwelcoming employees.
