I arrived home at 6:30 and being a local electrician he told me he would be able to come over after dinner at 8:30pm. Our alarm system was beeping and was displaying an error message. Elias was the only one that came out and spent time with us discussing the work and then provided me with a very reasonable quote on the spot. Elias locked in a time with me and turned up on time each day to start work, which for most trades people these days is quite unusual. The quality of the work was fantastic, and Elias continued to engage with me on how I wanted the work done through out the process. I couldn't recommend him any higher. When I called on February 13th, I was told they would call back, but they never did. When my husband called again today, February 21st, he was rude and said the situation was "not an emergency". This issue has been affecting our entire house for over a month. Shower filter turned brown after few use, we are spending extra money trying to make the water usable, and we are now facing health concerns, including significant hair loss. For a hot water system issue marked as urgent, we expected professionalism, clear communication and faster action. Situations involving potentially unsafe water should be treated seriously and respectfully.
