Less than a week of having purchased a car from here, transmission went out, Kings fixed it, check engine light came on for catalytic converter, supposedly fixed it. Now that I am replacing the entire Engine Assembly because of a disintegrated catalytic converter, I'm upside down with more than $7000 in repairs for a car I owe $8000 on. Sorry Warranty doesn't cover that. You are taking a gamble at buying a real expensive hunk of junk here. Proceed with SERIOUS CAUTION consumers. Owner claims not their fault because they had invoice dated 9-1 for converter repair and I have video of code reader and dash 9-4. Greyson never gave me the repair person nor number to follow up if there was a faulty converter. I was basically told at that time sorry not our problem we fixed what we did as a courtesy. I'm not looking to blame anyone. I'm just saying people need to be aware of the potentially HUGE losses they risk on a gamble. $8,000 car loan plus $7,000 repairs. What a mess?! BEWARE consumers.

I had a past due payment and having been very sick and trying to take care of my also-sick child, my payment wasn't made. They are quick to repo your vehicle, which ends up costing you an extra $250 for the towing fee on top of your already outrageous payment. I'm thankful that by the Spring I will be done with this nest of vipers. There's not a single kind person in the entire operation, as I've learned.

Incredibly smooth and wonderful experience working with Saul. My partner and I both bought jeeps…read morefrom him and we cannot rave enough about his service. If we ever need another car (hopefully not too soon) we would 100% go to him again. The facility is clean and all the workers are kind. They update online and are honest about pricing. Saul was patient and a great listener from the beginning- never pushy or scheme-y at all. We bought her jeep new off lot and he made the process go so smoothly and as fast and efficient as possible. When we had to text and call him with questions, he was so kind and never seemed bothered. We ordered my jeep (due to a general shortage) and he was honest and communicative about timing. He made an intentional effort to sit with me and help me choose things that would make sense for me and my journey. The price was actually a little lower than we expected as he did everything he could to get me the best. They also offered me the best price for my trade in compared to other places I asked. Again this place (and Saul in particular) is a five star experience. Oh and he was super chill and supportive with a same sex couple buying matching jeeps. Just wanted to note how cool that was.

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from AutoStar CDJR Hendersonville on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026. My…read moresalesperson was Brandon. Before purchasing, I was told multiple times that the open safety recall had been completed. That was a major factor in my decision to buy the vehicle. The van has been at the dealership since the day after Memorial Day. I later found out from the service department that the recall was still open, the part was on national backorder, and there was no ETA for repair. This was extremely frustrating because I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known the recall had not actually been completed. I also spoke with the manager, Jobi, about the situation. During that conversation, I explained that I bought the vehicle based on being told the recall was completed. Jobi told me he would speak with his COO and get back with me. It has now been over 8 days since that conversation, and I still have not received a follow-up call or any clear resolution. I have also requested multiple times to speak with the general manager, including through Brandon, but those requests have not been handled properly and I still have not received a call back. At this point, the lack of communication has been just as disappointing as the original issue. I have had to chase down answers myself, contact the lender to document the situation, and escalate the matter because I still do not feel like the dealership has taken proper responsibility. I understand mistakes can happen, but selling a vehicle after representing that a safety recall was completed, then later finding out it was still open with no repair ETA, is unacceptable. The dealership's failure to return calls or provide a clear resolution has made this a very poor experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone buying a vehicle here to personally verify all recall repairs and documentation before signing anything, regardless of what sales or management tells you verbally.

While my vehicle was there being repaired, the mechanic broke two other pieces,no one was forthcoming about the broken pieces they were cracked so he had to have heard it when he broke it. The recall didn't look any different, my car was completely out of gas, the repair was supposed to take a day. My car was there for three days. I believe my car was driven to the mechanics home for an overnight stay. When I went to pick my car up, it had 1 mile to empty, the recall repair didn't look any different, no one walked me to my car to discuss any of the services. I walked back inside asked for a manager I also needed an inspection which I told was completed however, they couldn't find the inspection form and the cost was not on the invoice. I was suspicious that it hadn't been done. My experience felt shady, disrespected, dishonest, non-value, so I rated them poorly on customer service. Ford motor company holds a high standard to customer service and quality, no doubt they would be very disappointed this service department has their name on the door. Here are a few items you need to improvement on in the Customer Service field 1) Greeting the customers, besides sitting behind the desk on their cell phones, they should have a folder on each vehicle in for repair so that when the customer comes in everyone sitting behind those desk, we have an idea of what's going on. 2) Two tier checks completion before releasing vehicle back to the customer, after the repairs have been completed a manager needs to look the vehicle over. In my case, the manager was very unhappy with the recall repair. If he had looked the vehicle over, he would've saw the two panels that were broke. 3) Actually having the vehicle ready before calling the customer 4) Better communication when vehicle is not completed on time 5) discussing the repairs and services with the customer when they arrive/check in 6) when completed walking the customers out to their vehicles/close the deal 7) and finally....never never never take a customer's vehicle home

I was on the phone with them before the car had to be towed over and they didn't mention a charge. Called after it arrived. Nothing. Called to find out diagnosis (more cost than car is worth) and nothing said about a charge. I've spoken with people twice about having car picked up. Nothing. Arranged a tow this morning and called them again. No charge. Tow driver arrives, waiting to pick up the car, and they call to tell me they can't release the car without payment. What Payment? Pay, or lose the tow and pay the driver for another trip. Feels like extortion and/or incompetence.
