After a year I realized I had the wrong person. I found Lisa after seeing her at a showing and liking how knowledgeable and positive she is. She is very eager to sell and has all kinds of techniques that she uses that the other real estate agents don't know or use. Needless to say, as soon as I signed her, she had people going through my house immediately. I would guess at least four showings a week. It took her about a month or maybe three weeks to sell my house. I could not recommend a better agent and will use her every time. If I could rate her 100 stars I would and she would deserve every one.
