We purchased our 5th wheel from here. We needed some thing fixed so after paying $65.000 we had it…read morea total of 10 days then took it in for the things we needed fixed. They kept it for 4 months before we got it back. later we had to have some other repairs done and they crashed it into something so they repaired that scrap and dent. Picked it up got it home to find the trim had been damaged on the other side of the RV. Went inside and it was full of mud. The elect box was damaged. All I can say is NEVER again will I get anything done there. If you go there I will wish you good luck. You will regret it.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON SERVICE FOR MY RV FOR OVER 8 MONTHS!!! Last September I had a side window…read moreshot out as it was parked outside my home. I brought it in and waited and waited and waited more. I called every two weeks for an update. They said working with safe flight window and glass was a nightmare. Then they said that every motorhome and RV's windows had to be made because there wasn't any ready made windows. Then they told me that they couldn't just replace the broken window. They had to replace the entire window and frame. Then they said that they will have to possibly do work on the frame that surrounds the window. The last dozen times I've called, they said the person thats working my case will call back - that never happened. It's now over 8 months they have had my rig and absolutely nothing has moved forward. I wish I did my research before I brought my rig in. Here, it's spring and we want to go to the lake and we're stuck here waiting for this dealer to get off their butts and actually do what they said they would do. So if you have work to do, find another dealer, this outfit is not for you. Feeling Cheated.

Everytime I would go in Misty was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Shopping here will not be the same. Being valued as a customer and a person in general makes it worth returning. I hope Misty sees this and knows she meant alot to so many customers, thanks for always being so kind.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAMPING WORLD of Wichita, KS I…read morepurchased a brand-new Forest River Tandara 5th wheel camper in September 2025. Before we picked it up we made it clear that it needed to be ready to go because we were going to use it the day we got it. The first time we used it the following happened: 1. Cabinet doors fell off 2. The bathroom faucet was shooting water straight up 3. The bedroom door handle was loose and wouldn't latch 4. The stairs to the outside were installed such that we couldn't close the door-we ended up taking it off and just leaning it against the opening when we needed to use it. 5. The panel to see what the gray and black water tank levels are only works intermittently for the black water tank. 6. The heat was only blowing into the rear bunk room and the front bedroom. I called CW to express my unhappiness with this POS camper. They said "well when it's first pulled it will flex a bit and these issues can arise" They tried to say that for every issue above. We made an appointment to take it to the service department to fix. We weren't able to get it back to the service department until Jan. 13th 2026. After we took it in for service we were told that since it was cold they would have to winterize it while it was there and I would have to pay $199 to have that done. When I called BS and stated I was NOT paying for that when it was their fault none of this was caught before we took it. They said well we can't guarantee it won't freeze, when I asked to speak the supervisor's supervisor he said it wouldn't do any good because it was Forest River's policy and not theirs. Way to back up what you sell CW...great customer service. We wanted to get our camper in and out in one day to avoid the winterization issue however when they looked into the heat problem they discovered the duct work was torn in one area and crushed in 2 other areas. Of course they didn't have the needed duct parts and would have to order it from Forest River and it should be in on Tuesday 1/20/26 BUT the technician working on it might be working on another camper so we might have to wait. When I asked why they couldn't have another technician work on it they gave me some BS answer about the technician doing all the work to tear it down wouldn't get paid for the work if someone else completes it. Seriously?? Your pay structure is not my problem. We were also told that Forest River would not fix the black water tank issue unless the entire panel stopped working. We MIGHT be able to pick it up Thursday 1/22/26 or Friday 1/23/26 again that is IF the technician can work on it. To say we were super disappointed at the way they handled this is an understatement. I will never do business with CW again and I certainly won't purchase another Forest River.
