I paid for a hat for my grandson for the summer as it was really hot this year, I bought 2 hats from first class kids on Highfield in Blackpool, I asked if I could have my grandson's name on the hat, they suggested I should leave one while the other hat would get done for me.
I waited a couple of weeks then went into the shop and was told to come back next week, I returned the following week to pick the hat up and leave the other hat to have his name on, I left the hat with the manager Anita in August 2013, I phoned up on 25th September to make sure it was ready, but was told they were to busy to do it. I asked to speak to Anita the manger, she was very rude and did not care. she said if I did not want to wait come and pick the hat up and go else where.
how rude I thought she has had the hat for over a month and still it was not done and I paid for the work to be done on the hat in advanced.
the amount of money I spent in that shop with school uniform with her, she was out of order how she speaks to her customers. if she had not customers she would not have a shop. Anita should change the way she speaks to customers I would never suggested her shop to any of my friends as you could never rely on Anita The manager of First Class Kids, Clothes Shop on Highfield Road, BLACKPOOL
