What makes this even more remarkable is that Lindsey handled the entire matter free of charge. Her generosity, compassion, and belief in our family are gifts I will never forget. I have never been someone who regularly writes reviews, but this one has been on my heart since the day everything was finalized. Unfortunately, life had other plans. As it often does, it became messy, complicated, and overwhelming, and although thanking Lindsey remained important to me, writing this review kept getting pushed aside. Today, I finally have the opportunity to make that right. My daughter and her children have broken free from a very difficult situation and are moving home to begin a new chapter. As our family celebrates this new beginning, I can't help but reflect on the people who helped make it possible. Lindsey was one of those people. Her kindness wasn't simply an act of professional courtesy--it was an investment in a family's future. Because of her generosity, my daughter had the security of knowing she had a forever family behind her, and that foundation has meant more than words can express. Lindsey is not only an exceptional family law attorney; she is an extraordinary human being. She used her knowledge and her heart to make a lasting difference in our lives, expecting nothing in return. Thank you, Lindsey, for believing in our family and for helping make this journey possible. Three years late, but with a heart full of gratitude, thank you. I hope life returns your kindness to you many times over. You have certainly earned every blessing that comes your way.

No explanation, all promises for equal division of property gone. It was baffling and her only explanation was "this judge doesn't like me". Be very careful.

It is a matter of public concern to warn others about an attorney who has failed to meet professional and ethical obligations. This review is based only on my personal experience as a former client of Savannah C. Wadsworth and Coray Law Office. I hired this firm for both my family law case and my civil case. I truly believed I was hiring someone who would help protect me, guide me, and properly handle my cases. Instead, my experience left me extremely disappointed, stressed, and dealing with very serious consequences. My main concerns were: **Lack of communication:** There were times I went weeks without a meaningful response. I repeatedly had to follow up for updates, copies of documents, billing records, proof of filings, proof of service, and basic information about my own cases. **Late and unprepared for court:** In my experience, Savannah was repeatedly late to court hearings and did not appear prepared. As a client, that was very upsetting and made me feel like my cases were not being taken seriously. **Concerns with drafting, filing, and serving documents:** I had serious concerns that court documents were not being properly drafted, filed, or served on the other parties in a timely manner. I also had concerns that emails and communications from opposing counsel in both of my cases were not being timely responded to or properly handled. **My cases became worse, not better:** In my opinion, the lack of preparation, lack of communication, delays, and failure to properly handle documents made both of my cases worse. Instead of helping move my cases forward, I felt like I was left with more confusion, more delays, and more damage. **Family law consequences:** In my family law matter, I provided financial documents that I believed were very important. However, the court record later reflected that income verification was not provided. This caused very serious financial consequences for me and impacted my support orders. I have requested an explanation regarding what was filed, served, or presented to the court, but I have not received a complete explanation. **Civil case concerns:** In my civil matter, I had serious concerns regarding the timing and handling of filings. One filing appeared to be submitted only one day before a hearing, which caused or contributed to delay and raised more concerns about how my case was being handled. **Billing and missing records:** To this day, I am still waiting for a complete billing statement with a detailed breakdown of the work allegedly performed, my electronic client file, and the return of my original documents. I have requested these items multiple times, and those requests have not been fully addressed. **Staff communication:** Savannah sounded convincing about helping me, but my actual experience was very different. I also did not find the communication or assistance from her staff, including Mary, to be helpful or effective. I have kept records of my communications, including texts, emails, and voicemails, showing repeated follow-ups, missed communication, unresolved requests, and explanations I received from the firm and its staff. This experience caused me serious financial, legal, and personal consequences. I trusted this firm with very important matters in my life, and I regret doing so. Based on my experience, I strongly caution anyone considering this firm to ask detailed questions before retaining them. Ask about communication, punctuality for court hearings, preparation, billing, drafting and filing of court documents, service on other parties, responding to opposing counsel, handling of original documents, and how quickly they will provide your complete client file if requested. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion. It is a matter of public concern to warn others about an attorney who has failed to meet professional and ethical obligations. If Savannah Wadsworth, Katy Gasparini, or Coray Law Office disclose my personal information, attempt to retaliate, or harass me in any way, I will take immediate legal action. My Experience: A Disaster from Start to Finish My case involved domestic violence, which makes confidentiality even more critical. Despite this, Wadsworth and her firm failed to provide competent legal representation. * She was consistently late--including showing up 45 minutes late to trial. * Never properly prepared and made excuses instead of doing the work. * Failed to serve critical documents, making my hearings pointless. * Never deposed key witnesses, which severely harmed my case. * Overbilled for unnecessary charges, last-minute "preparations," and communications that were only necessary because she wasn't doing her job in the first place. She didn't just fail me--she actively made my case worse. 1 Always Late & Unprepared Savannah was never on time--not once. * Asked me to meet her an hour early for hearings--then showed up late herself. * Arrived 45 minutes late to trial in front of the judge. * Failed to file documents on time or at all--which delayed my case. * Didn't serve the opposing party--making hearings a waste of time. 2 Abandoned My Case & Still Causes Harm * I hired her for less than two months--she charged me nearly $13,000. * Never interviewed a single witness despite saying she would. * Asked for a continuance to "prepare," then only started preparing the night before trial. * Left my case, but still interferes with it and refuses to provide my full case file. 3 Unethical Billing & File Withholding * Claims I spent my retainer calling her--but I had to because she was impossible to reach. * Overbilled for work she didn't do, then refused to provide an itemized breakdown. * Still withholding my case file, violating: * California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.16(e) * California Business and Professions Code § 6068(m) 4 Right to Protect Foundation & Outsourcing Work * Uses Right to Protect advocates and third parties to file legal documents instead of doing it herself. * Enmeshed with Ms. Lavandero, pushing clients to work with them in a clear conflict of interest. * If you are in a domestic violence case, expect to be pressured into this setup instead of getting independent legal advocacy. * For real legal help, go to Dorn, Rodriguez, Goss & Goss--real attorneys who fight for you. 5 Katy Gasparini Is No Better Her colleague, Katy Gasparini, is just as bad. * Despite not being my attorney, she involved herself in my case. * Engaged in tactics of delay, intimidation, and manipulation. * Given Wadsworth's growing negative reputation, Gasparini will likely distance herself from Coray Law Office to protect her own career--but people should stay cautious. Just because she isn't named on your case doesn't mean she won't interfere in ways that harm you. 6 Unprofessional & Inappropriate Behavior * Uses vulgar, unprofessional language in court and meetings. * Bends to opposing counsel instead of advocating for her own clients. * Blames her staff--even told me she was going to fire her paralegal just to cover for her own incompetence. * Instead of fixing her mistakes, she gaslights clients into thinking they are the problem. 7 Uses ChatGPT Instead of Doing Actual Legal Work * Told me herself that she relies on ChatGPT to draft filings instead of doing the work herself. * "It's great because you just type everything in and it does it for you." * She is charging premium lawyer rates for AI-generated work. * Hiring her is like buying an iPhone from Wish or Temu--cheap, unreliable, and not what you thought you were getting. 8 Expect Retaliation Instead of Accountability * She will attack this review, just like she attacks clients who question her. * I will not engage in back-and-forth because her actions speak for themselves. * If she put this much effort into actual legal work, I wouldn't be writing this review.
