I called, and had to leave a message, but included in the message about needing several items removed. I aded that we planned to go home tomorrow, and wondered if there was any way possible to get the items removed today. James called back later and said he would be there in about two hours. He had rearranged his schedule to accommodate my needs. I was totally thankful and impressed. He arrived on time, and worked like a Trojan removing two freezers, a washing machine, an apartment size gas range, and an unbelievable amount of other odds and ends. Picked up my trash a day early due to weather (which…read moreis odd as other companies will pick up a day late so to ensure customers have their trash out) and commented on how they should contact customers about early pickup. The child Rick is, he cancelled my service and then lied saying they aren't servicing my area. When this occurs you warn your customers. Caught Rick calling me an f$$$ing idiot one day when I wasn't picking up quickly enough for him. Do yourself a favor and find another trash service, not worth all the drama.

Way more than I could put on the curb. It was raining and two days just before New Year's and these two women came the morning after I contacted them! Cost $175! It's rare when the price I imagine is the price I get. No surprises, very reasonable. I chose Mary and Michelle because they not only take your garbage but also donate worthwhile items to the homeless in your stead. Very sweet women and very fair service!
