I found Affordable Appliances to be unhelpful and unprofessional…read more Their repairman (subsequently sacked for not being up to the job they told me) pretended to repair a leak in my dishwasher by stuffing the area with kitchen paper rather than addressing the leak itself. This was discovered by another repairman months later and explained why the machine had been intermittently playing up and dumping small amounts of water on the floor from time to time. Affordable Appliances refused to take any responsibility for this, despite there being photographic evidence. Effectively they charged me for a repair they didn't do. Shameful behaviour.
