We had an appointment and didn't even know the business had shut down until we showed up--only to find a handwritten paper note taped to the door saying they were closed. I took time off work (which cost me income) and pulled my kid out of school for this appointment. We rearranged our day, only to be met with silence and a piece of paper. Loyal customers (second child to go through the program) deserve at least a little consideration and a heads-up. Do better!

Showed up today, place was closed with a note on the door saying that they no longer are doing driving tests and another company would be doing the driving tests. I received both an email and text confirmation for this appointment just 2 days ago. We went to the other company who knew nothing about my son or his appointment. Took him out of school for nothing. No call, text, or email letting us know about their situation. Woukd stay far away from this company. Also pretty sure that I paid for the test when I signed up for his test, but had to pay another $90 to get his test scheduled with the other company.

the staff here are so unprofessional it is disgusting. the person that was supposed to administer…read morethe test started yelling at the child while they were alone in the office due to a clerical error made by the child's parent. then when the child's parent defended the child as it was not the child's fault. The tester chose to yell at and curse the parent out before the parent had time to excuse the child from the room. When the parent called them out on their behavior the staff made excuses claiming that they have a 4.5 yelp review rating who would possibly believe them for making such claims. DO NOT allow your children to be alone with these poor excuses of human existence. My child will go somewhere else.

My second went through in 2020 and while the actual driving program was still good, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Scheduling was difficult, staff were rude, lots of miscommunications, etc. To be fair, this was during and recently after COVID so we chalked it up to everyone having a difficult time. Fast forward to 2023 and my third daughter went though their program. This cost had skyrocketed, but we wanted her to have the best of the best and be as safe as possible so we did the full program, same as the first two. I cannot tell you how disappointed we were with the entire program. Things didn't improve after COVID, but had further deteriorated. It was such an awful experience for both of us that I swore off MasterDrive. Here I am with two 14 year olds needing driving school and looking for a new one. I've come across many reviews with similar experiences and reminding me not to use MasterDrive. It's a shame that they have gone from the best of the best, to the most expensive and poorly rated school. Save yourself a lot of $ and heartache and go elsewhere!

When the testing driver (Cory?) got there, he told me I needed to move because the tree was too close to the door, and I wasn't allowed to stand there. Their attitudes were insulting and dismissive. Unfortunately, I failed my test. I have to admit that the testor had some good points, even though his attitude bordered on rude. I will be retaking the test in a week or two, but certainly not with you. As a company, I believe your employees need retraining in customer service. Possibly you need to select people who have better people skills. If you are a senior citizen, I recommend finding another place to go because these folks will make you feel old, stupid, and disrespected.

From the moment I made a payment, this has been a nightmare. The instructor was a little bit nicer when he called me back, but then we had a difficult time scheduling days and times that work for both of us. It took several weeks for us to find days and times that would work. After we figured out the time, he called me several times over the course of a few days to try and reschedule those times, with the excuse each time that he had double booked himself. Well I can understand is happening once, three times? Are you kidding me? After the third time I thought that it was finally sorted out, But then he called again and couldn't remember when my son was scheduled! Get a calendar!
