One of the knives had a bent tip and was dull and the rest were also in need of sharpening. Tommy advised that he could sharpen them and fix the bent knife. The next day Tommy called and advised the knives were finished. I am very satisfied with the work. All six knives effortlessly sliced through my tomatoes- this is a nice test for a sharp knife. The bent knife was fixed. I couldn't tell that it had been bent. All knives were very sharp and I'm very pleased with the price and with the quality of work! This "Mom and Pop" owned business is worth the stop. It's nice to have a knife and tool sharpening guy local!!! Tommy advised that he sharpens tools, chainsaw blades. Mower blades and he cuts keys and replaces key fobs!

I very sweetly--really very very politely-- asked the technician if he could "please do your best when you approach the fence to not spray into my yard," and I explained that I was growing food. He responded, "I don't give a f-k what you are doing over there, mind your own f-king business." Calmly and politely, I replied: "Please, I am asking very nicely that you just try your best; there is no need to speak like that." He said, "and I'm telling you very f-ing rudely to mind your own f-king business." As I walked away, he yelled, "I'm so glad I don't have to deal with or live next to you!" So....take what you will from this report. There are many exterminator companies available. This one has a very low quality member, utterly lacking in any sort of professionalism and just basic social norms and graces. Frankly, his behavior was shocking and disgusting. I remained very calm and polite throughout his verbal assault.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Grande Aire a couple of weeks ago. The job was well done by a…read moreteam of professionals and we were very pleased. However, after a couple of weeks the cooling performance fell off and I called to ask to have the system checked. Kevin from the Englewood team arrived a couple of hours later, explained what we could do to make the system work better and then checked out the operating parameters. He determined that while it was working, it wasn't up to spec and went looking for the problem. He found a fitting that had vibrated loose enough to allow a slow coolant leak so he called for more coolant. A few minutes later, Mason arrived and the two of them tightened the fitting, recharged the system and then stayed past 6:00PM to be sure the system was working properly. The total charge for the service call, the coolant and the time was zero. Just an assurance from both men that Grande Aire is committed to our satisfaction. We a BIG fans!!

I got into a one year contract back in December and they would not let me out of it so I kept the…read moreservice. I pay every month and my house is infested. My living room has flies, moths and spiders. I was bit 4 times in one night in my bed, assume it was a spider. My lanai is covered in mosquitoes, spiders and no see ums. My son did a better job for first 3 years with a 25$ bottle of pesticide and 30$ bag of ant pellets and thats 55$ for a year while Im spending close to $500 a year for professional service and it sucks. They got me in the first place because the representative told me he would remove everything from lanai and front door which they failed to do. My last payment to this company is December and then I am done, will try somebody else until I find a company that actually keeps my house insect free.
