I am very disappointed with my experience with this business. Understanding the disruption to business given Covid, we attempted to place an order on the phone with the business directly. We were instead told to place an order online. We placed an order online and paid $106 for the upgraded size for an arrangement of roses and lilies. The order arrived to the recipient on time, which was a positive, but we were disappointed to see that the arrangement was mostly greenery. We called multiple times to give the business an opportunity to rectify their failure. Our calls were not returned by a manager nor the owner with a solution. On many attempts, our calls were unanswered. The business failed at multiple stages of this transaction mostly due to failure to communicate. If flowers for our arrangement were not in stock, we should have been called with alternative options instead of just having it filled with much cheaper greenery. If greenery was all that was available instead of the more expensive flowers we paid for, we should have received a credit amount. I recommend avoiding doing business with this flower shop. read more

No reason to put it in a locker fso the grieving family would have to drive somewhere to pick it up! Do not use unless you want to be ripped off by a bunch of con men. This would have to be the worst service ever. A family member died and their delivery driver lost it. Come to find out he was being let go. BUT while trying to figure out what happend, the person answering the phones didnt want to help and kept demanding the flowers were delivered without any sympathy or professionalism. After telling us she would call back, she never did. The next day we had to call again, and again she argued with us. Not ok. The thing with a funeral is records and memoranda is kept. We know it wasn't there. And so did they. eventually someone did call and tell us they would send back our credit, however, it took far to much effort and emotional cost of our family. read more

I wasn't pleased with the funeral arrangement I orderd in person for my mothers funeral. It was not at all like the photo in their book, although the flowers were going to be different, that was ok, I agreed to that. What was arranged & placed was very small & different. You can imagine my disappointment after the grief I was going through. Hobbs Floral should have had the decency to phone me to let me know of their decision! When Jessica finally answered my call, she explained why it had to be altered, again, I understood but, when I asked for a price differential refund, I was told it would be credited back to my credit card. It's been over two weeks now & I still haven't seen a refund on my card! Either they're slow, dishonest or flat out liars and I hate liars! My family & friends will not be ordering from Hobbs Floral again! Be sure you're delivery is what you wanted. If I lived near Hobbs, I would go there in person! read more
