After Capstar deducted their loan payment then the property owner would get paid from Capstar. Imagine you owning a commercial property and your tenant pays the rent to the bank and not you. This reminds me of a government overreach infringing on individual property rights. I don't recommend this bank for a commercial loan.

Capstar doesn't feel like that at all. They sent me a Christmas card. It wasn't hand-written or anything, but the goodwill goes a long way. They're super helpful and attentive whenever I go in, and they are quick to take care of any issues I might have. Minus one star for not having the most convenient locations.

I was also not looking forward to the elaborate fields in Turbo tax having to do with Home-ownership. For a standard return, Clinton didn't charge me very much more than Turbo tax would, and of course Turbo tax doesn't offer friendly conversation or Tax Advice. The end result is a decent return for the year, and I plan on returning next year to have them done professionally again.
