Found my new Indian food spot! The chicken Vindaloo was absolutely killer! Spicy, flavorful and only lightly oily. They give you the correct amount of Jasmine rice, too many places skimp on the rice, it doesn't make sense to me since it's the cheapest thing to make. The prices are very reasonable here. I placed an order over the phone and when I got there they said it was going to be another 5-10 minutes. A couple minutes later and a woman walks in with food she received mistakenly. They swapped her food out and I quickly realized that was my food they mistakenly gave to her. I watched them rewrap my food that someone else opened and then gave it to me. I didn't say anything because they are obviously the kind of people that don't see an issue with this. I don't want to cause a scene but I also want to let people know what they practice. Our go-to Indian restaurant! We've tried a bunch of different naans and they were all great and go well with their other dishes. Veggie samosas are a good size and delicious especially with the sauces they provide. Their saag paneer is the best I've had. We sometimes also get lamb briyani and/or a chicken dish and both are great as well. Portions are all large especially for the price so we always have leftovers. From the outside very gritty looking . Old neighborhood. I was concerned honestly about the foods cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was great. Generous portions. We love Indian food in my house so I must say that I was really excited to have an Indian restaurant in my neighborhood and I could get takeout. I ordered Lamb Curry, the flavor was all you would expect but the lamb was tough and basically inedible . My daughter ordered Chicken Tikka Marsala and she said "a little spicey" (she loves spicey hottt) well it was too spicey. Again, inedible. The samosas were delicious, exactly what you'd expect. You only need one order of naan for four people because two orders could feed a small army. I was really excited about this new little spot just a few walkable blocks from home. I love Indian food especially the North Indian style of cooking. I have just had my third visit so I can rightfully say that I think this place is my new fave! They won me over with the Saag Paneer which is my favorite. The samosas that I ordered were nice and hot . The portions are great and the prices are reasonable. I've even tried some things that I haven't usually tried at Indian spots such as the Shrimp Chilly and the Fish Pakora. They were both good . Definitely appetizers or good to try alongside the main meal. I would suggest everyone pick up a menu. I appreciated the nice Veggie selection which I prefer but so much to offer otherwise. I saw some good reviews on yelp for this spot so I gave it a try. I had the butter Chicken and garlic nan to take out and it was spectacular. I ordered the chicken mild and the spicing was perfect. Primarily a take out spot and I called and they said 30 minutes, I showed up it 15 and everything was ready. I can't wait to work my way through this menu. The portion of chicken was large and very flavorful, I will be finishing it up for dinner this evening. Enjoy. read more

We stumbled upon this restaurant through ubereats and boy, are we glad we found them! We have tried multiple dishes and each of them has been delicious and authentic in taste - a difficult balance to achieve. It is the only Indian restaurant where we were able to order "Chole Batoore" as well - one of my favorite dishes! Will never go to this spot again. I placed an order online and went to pick it up. In front of the restaurant says you must wear a mask. I entered the restaurant with a mask on just to find out none of the workers had their masks on. I hesitated to purchase my order, but did it only bc they took the time to make it. Though they couldn't take 2 seconds to put on a mask. SMH!! After leaving I called the same night and was reprimanded by the owner for pointing out that no one working there had masks on. read more

Tried this place for the first time tonight, we ordered take out but there are a few tables for dining in. We got samosa chaat, mutter paneer, malai kofta and chili chicken. Without a doubt some of the best Indian food we have ever eaten. The flavors were excellent but were more on the spicy side. I requested medium spicy and everything was make your hair sweat spicy. Next time we'll tone it down but the flavor was worth the pain! The portions were large and very reasonably priced.
