ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! My daughter unfortunately had Adele for her driving instructor and she was the most unreliable, unprofessional person ever. She started learning with her in November and I cannot tell you the times she has rang up at the last minute to cancel with every excuse going. Even when she does turn up she is often late and on two occasions THIS WEEK she has not turned up at all with no phone call or even a text. My daughter eventually had enough last night when again she did not turn up so I rang the main office today only to be told by a man called Richard who said he was the business owner (I have my doubts about this, as his intelligence and grammer do not shout OWNER!!!) basically take it or leave it!!!
