My wife ordered standard haddock supper and a large donner kebab with extra chips and onion rings. Despite what I have read on this site we were very pleased at quick delivery and good food. I have one gripe. I found TEN bones in my haddock which was a great shame as the fish was lovely and well cooked. I used to work in a fishmongers and it would only take a few seconds to go over each fillet and check there was no bones. I and I know I am not alone here, can not stand bones in my fish supper. PLEASE TRY TO STOP THIS as a great shame to a lovely fillet of fish. I have to agree, the best chipper in town is the HILTON CHIPPY! just not as good as a bici pizza they may be the biggest in invernss...... defo aint the best! good points... it puts food in you the seagulls enjoy it when you throw it out bad points.... they forget your order they get the order wrong they take ages when they finally get it right it tastes bad when you finally get the food service = awful.... if you are reading through my other reviews... i suggest for your ultimate kill me now day, buy a car at topcar then come here for a pizza. then it would be a good idea to go to b&q and hire out a rug doctor. you will then have experienced enough bad service to make any 45 minutes on hold on a call to a foreign call centre an excellent way to spend your next day off! read more

ordered by phone from culloden branch, the order was inclomplete and i was told there was no delivery charge, which i found unusual but was quite happy to hear this. when i received the incomplete order i immediately phoned back and was passed on to some supervisor type person who said there WAS a delivery charge and that i would be charged extra to complete our order. She did not offrer any appology or recompense. hence, me and everyone i know will not ever use this very useless company again. i have worked in the retail business for 22 years and if i treated my customer's like this i'm sure i would be out of work within the week. This place is listed twice on here so i'm posting on both, lol. I go there regular as clockwork for my lunch break everyday. Never had any problems with any food I've ordered tbh. Not sure why other reviewers giving a bad write up, sure it can be a little pricey but all takeaways are in my opinion. Pizza was good, no complaints from me, the other half or kids. Been told kebabs are stunning but I'm not one for them so can't give my opinion. Was going to give 4 star due to the distance from my work but that's not their fault, so five stars it is. so disgusted with the takeaway service i received from your nairn outlet. my order took 2 hours!!!! yes 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. i paid £30 for 2 pizzas, mushrooms and coldslaw what a disgrace. as we all know there is no point in complaining as nothing ever gets done, but your company should not be allowed to advertise falsely claiming express delivery i mean 2 HOURS is that what you call express!!!!! i have been advising eveyone i know never ever to use your business again you should not be allowed to carry on trading your company is a disgrace. read more

Went in on a quiet night, only one other person in the shop who had already ordered. Waited about two minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered a medium pizza, doner kebab and portion of chips. Received large pizza by accident (ok not a huge problem) but got home and found I didn't have a kebab, I had some doner meat with some chips. When you only ask for three things how hard can it be to get it right. Plus the pizza was quite nasty. Dominos may be more expensive but at least it's edible. Won't be going back. read more

Culloden Any 5 stars on here will be from the staff!!! Chips looked like they were straight out of the bin!!! We called up and asked if it was ok to get some fresh, reluctantly she said that we would have to go back as there was no drivers.. We went up and the drivers were inside. Went up and staff were very rude. The manageress was rude and said what was wrong with the chips?? They looked like they were 3 days old and the next lot were the same!! Ordered large chicken tikka pizza on thin base. Received large sloppy tasteless thing with rubbery cheese. Pizza was sliced badly into a variety of huge, wide, long slices or teeny weeny slices. Poor pizza & poor service. Lad behind the counter didn't even have the decency to hand me my change. He slapped it down on the counter instead. Wont be ordering from the Culloden branch again. I've been coming here for years but thought I'd write a review after my last visit. I was in here on Tuesday and I had been Christmas shopping in town. I was laden with bags and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I was really impressed with the service. Had a large pizza to share with family. Tonight I purchased 3 pizzas from 1st pizza direct in culloden. I have never had such a poor quality pizza dry , tasteless and well the slicing is a whole other story. and certainly won't be having another pizza from 1st pizza anywhere again. Have just started using this company for the last few months, food is great pizzas are lovely considering i dont like cheese, always embarrassed about asking for no cheese but staff are always pleasant about it and say i'm not the only one. used the delivery service few times as i'm out off town, never had any problems always had a fast service and food still hot. read more

Highly recommend don't eat here, might get blood in your pizza instead off sauce, ouch nasty!!!! Stay away !!!
