I would definitely give this company a zero star review if possible. This is by far the worst bail…read morebonds company that you could ever do business with. I'm not going to go into the full story because we were working with them for about a week, but my suggestion is to find a different one. They are rude, dishonest, they change the terms after they already explain to you what they are, and if you ask for clarification they hang up on you. We did are best to overlook this unprofessional company because we already spent a good amount of time working towards getting a friend bailed out, but all was wasted because they want to be rude as hell to their customers and act unprofessional but not get called out on it. This ended with a lady raising her voice telling me that because I wanted clarification she would no longer accept my payment, yet 10 min after she hangs up on me I get a payment request. Based off of what she said I assumed it being sent to me was an accident so I didn't. Then about 730 at night I get a call from a gentleman asking me why I haven't paid, and I explain what had transpired, and that she told me she wouldn't accept it and hung up. Even though this gentleman was surprisingly polite he made it seem and said things in a way which blamed their rudeness and being incapable of clarifying terms to be my fualt...so he said they would no longer be will to do work with us at all and do the bail. Grade A POS business that literally wasted a lot of time for everyone involved and are okay being rude as hell, dishonest, and unprofessional.
