I went into 1ST Wave Vapor Yesterday Friday 2/27/16, I had went to another place in Boca Fl on 2/25/16 but was not impressed at all.So I ended up buying some juice for my Husband And that was a wrap The Girl was nice but I think very overpriced.I then came home and set up my Husbands Oldie but goodie and his new juice & he was very happy,Great so then onto my next Adventure for myself the woman had told me the main part of my vapor was totally shot (which was not true) so then I went into 1st Wave Vapor and i discovered a whole new atmosphere and a wonderful Gentleman by the name of Mike W,It was such a different experience,I have been into Customer service for a lot of my yrs in life ,But Mike took the"AWARD" You talk about patience for about 1 and 1/2 hrs WOW especially on a Friday,He was such a breath of fresh air I ended up buying a real nice kit PERFECT he would not let me leave the store until I was totally Happy, At that point it was about 5:15 pm or past he was incredible I wish all the Employees that are taking our hard earned money felt like he did ,Mike thank you so much for all your patience & Guidance,Go See Mike and he will get truly get u were you want to be,Mike thank you for all of your PATIENCE.Thanks Mike I will see you soon, Kathleen P. I went to this store because a friend of mine is in love with this store. After walking in I soon realized why. I ended up buying a mod without knowing much about it. I walked out with a great product and had a really good understand of it. All three of the guys(especially Shaun) took their time with me and really made me feel comfortable. Not only did they spend atleast 2 hours with me they stayed 30 minutes after closing. I didn't feel rushed or like I annoyed them. To me that shows how deticated they are and they really do love what they do. Their customer service is impeccable and they have a thorough knowledge of every product in their store! I was also very impressed with the app they have for the store that has everything from a message board for their customers to loyalty coupons for when you sign in at the shops location to events and news in the vaping community. I know I am new to the whole vape thing but take my word that 1st wave is an amazing store and truly care about their customers. I know vape stores are everywhere but I wouldn't think about giving my business to anyone else. Their support for the sober community( not something you see everyday) truly won me over and made me feel extremely comfortable. I walked into the shop and was greeted by the friendly sight and smell of vapor throughout the whole store. Three customers being tended to by one employee, Todd. While looking around the small space, I noticed an awesome selection of regulated mods. All top of the line products, some with the new DNA200 chip. A few really nice authentic mech mods as well. The atomizer selection was adequate, and again, loved to see true, authentic drippers. Todd provided excellent customer service when it was my turn. Balancing my needs along with the requests of two other patrons. I went into the shop looking for TFV4 TC Ti Coils (Something I've only been able to find online so far) and was pleasantly surprised when I was told that each coil was only $6 a piece (and available). Really great price points on the other products I asked about as well. I was given a small discount for working in the industry and left there happy as a clam scurring home to try out my new coils. I manage a vape shop less than 5 miles from 1st wave (VaporHot - Ft Lauderdale) and I'd like to think I know how a good shop should run. 1st Wave is one of those shops that are doing just about everything right and helping the vaping community progress. I needed a store to buy my e liquids at and i wanted it to be close to where i live. I found 1st wave vapor and went in there blind. What i didn't know was that it was a veteran owned store and most of the workers there are veterans as well. Being a veteran myself i was very happy about this and they proudly give a 20% discount if you are a veteran (proof is required). I found myself baffled by the large list of different flavors. The manager mike white guided me through everything and let me try the flavors i was interested in. They have delicious great flavors! you can request the amount of nicotine in your liquid and they have 30ml and 10ml options. I chose root beer and Blueberry waffle and they are both delicious. I was taken back by the courteous, fun atmosphere i experienced there. I will be back to purchase one of the many quality vapor kits they have there. This review is for the 1st Wave Vapor in Deerfield Beach, FL. It recently came under new management. I went in there today and noticed immediately that the amount of products had at least doubled. I met Jake for the first time (who I believe is the new manager) and he was extremely helpful, very personable, and very knowledgeable. He told me that he had a bunch more products arriving within the week to add to his already amazing selection. Jake also said that they would be having cloud competitions in the near future, amongst some other really cool things going on there. There are a lot of vapor stores around me and this is my go-to store, haven't found one that compares yet. Highly recommended! As a novice to the vapor world, I was hesitant to enter due to my lack of knowledge, but I was quickly put at ease by the amazing patience and friendly nature of one of the owners. I fired off a thousand questions and all were answered sufficiently. My goal was to find a regular-use vaporizer to replace my smoking habit. I've been going here since they opened, they really are the best. They have their own line of juice that's amazing. It's a 50/50 pg/vg mix so it's lighter than most juices in you're not into higher vg, or your device can't handle thicker juices. I recommend "Sex Fruit" or "seven". Didn't really realize how good it really was until we were out of town and had to buy juice elsewhere. We ended up ordering it over the phone and had it shipped from their Pompano Store. I went to 1st Wave Vapor in Pompano Beach because of the awesome reviews, specifically the ones in favor of how friendly the staff was to those new to vaping. My experience was AWESOME. I dealt with Gage my first day and he was so informative and did not try to sell me ANYTHING - in fact fixed the product I had and simply sold me a bottle of ejuice at my request. While vacationing in Florida I stopped in to 1st wave with the intention to try to quit smoking. These guys were great. As soon as I mentioned what I was trying to do they handed me the Juno. I went from a pack a day to two cigarettes a day. They knew what they were talking about. I will be ordering from them through the mail in the future. I purchased 2 nic salts from here 2 days ago at the location on N Ocean Dr. I tried to return them once I noticed the expiration date on it was January 1st 2022. They refused to take them back and tried to tell me that I was "warned" of the fact that it could be expired or damaged. What a joke! Right off the bat the store smells amazing from all the different vapors. The staff is very friendly and greets everyone who comes in.
