For him to speak to me in parent lingo but yet switch to that teenage lingo was amazing and it kept me comfortable as a mother! When we arrived we were promptly greeted which I love. I hate it when you walk in a store and are ignored. We explained the situation and were instructed to leave the return at the return counter, look around, try on, and then come back. By the time my hubby was done trying on stuff and had selected a few things a line had formed at the return counter (it was after Christmas so wasn't surprising). I stood in line while my husband shopped a bit more. The gentleman that had originally greeted us saw me in line and came up and apologized for the wait as he knew I was there first. He was very gracious and I appreciated his apology. I told him it was all good. The manager that facilitated the return was efficient and friendly. Like everywhere these days, it seemed like they needed more people working in the store, which I why I usually shop online. However, it is nice to have a brick and mortar store so you can try things on! Overall, a pleasant experience which, sadly, is surprising in the world of retail these days. There is a very clear and strong emphasis on product quality and extraordinary service. The shop girls went out of their way to create and provide a lovely shopping experience. The three of us gals (ages 11,16, & 32) each found items we couldn't live without.
