My cats (both from shelters) can be a bit challenging, and they were fed, freshly watered, given treats, litter cleaned, played with and affectionately petted. They've been able to adapt to new instructions about kitty care between visits. They worked with me a few times about my keys - home security is important! The payment software doesn't allow for tips so I'm not sure what the dog owners are doing or what's expected? I took my dog over to meet the others in advance and to see if she would get along personality wise with the dogs and cats that would be there. Their home is very inviting and there is lots of room to run and play in the fenced backyard. While on my trip I received photos of my dog via email and when I picked her up she was happy and non stressed at all - something I always had to deal with in the past when taking her to traditional kennels.
