Beware. (SEE PHOTO EVIDENCE). Very disingenuous group, unfortunately. They charged a $300 "first time cleanup fee" prior to what would be a $140 2X/month cleaning of a SFH. But then, after just one time coming back for lawn maintenance, things went awry. I explain why I put that phrase in quotes at the end. Photo 1: I asked when we should reschedule, due to Thanksgiving following on our agreed upon time. He said he'd come by Wednesday, November 23rd. Photo 2: The daughter messages me on November 22nd, telling me her Dad will arrive in 30 minutes. This is very sudden, and not on the day we agreed. Photo 3: I let them know this won't work, as the grass is too wet, and this isn't our agreed upon time. She also proceeds to claim that she "explained her Dad had a doctor's appointment," yet she had only said "appointment" earlier. I then say we should reschedule for the following week. That seems reasonable, right? Then we are threatened with the loss of help, with her saying "we can do today, if not then he can't go anymore". Then oddly she lied, saying he was already there. WOW. A lot to unpack there! First, we try to reciprocate understanding regarding the doctor's appointment by offering a later time. But, they suggest they have scheduling power over us, telling us they should be able to change the schedule to how they see fit, and arrive whenever they want, otherwise they quit. Photo 4: Her doubling down. If we don't like the schedule, we can find someone else. I want to let everyone here know that, during their first time cleanup, I gave everyone ice cold water multiple times. I even helped clean up a little. The following time, I tipped $50! This seems like a scam to rack up many "first time cleanup fees" at higher prices, and then just quit. Zero integrity. Zero respect. I'd leave zero stars if possible. Avoid! read more

I needed to get a quote to install privacy hedges for my front yard. 2 Brothers contacted me right away and they were able to meet the next day. The only thing I would say negative is that they were supposed to meet me at 930am but didn't show up until the afternoon. I had to leave a work zoom meeting because I wasn't expecting them so late. Andres and his daughter came by And they gave me a fair quote. It was comparable to other quotes that were given. We decided to go with them because they were able to include any broken irrigation pipes that were leaking under ground. Once we agreed, I asked for a contract and they literally started the next day. Day one, they tilled the soil and day 2, the real work began. He had three other workers who were great and worked hard. They really knew what they were doing. Since my office overlooked the yard, I was able to watch them the whole time. They also installed a new irrigation valve and timer for my hedges next to the driveway. Communication was good with Andres but there were some hiccups. There was a massive leak that they didn't see but Andres and his wife were gracious enough to come by the next day to fix it. All in all they were great. They are a small business ran by Andres and his wife. That's one reason why I chose them. I love supporting the community and small businesses. If you need a reference, feel free to hit me up. We gave him varying requests to clean up our front yard, trim our palm trees, dig out vegetation, pull out weeds, clear out dead leaves and remove excess branches on one of our large trees so as to keep these away from our house. I have never written a negative Yelp review, but unfortunately this company warrants it. I had them come give me an estimate on a tree stump removal. First they said $690. That was more than I wanted to pay, then they said $350. I said I would think about it. Right after they left they called me and said $250. Ok I agreed. They came on time, did the job, but used a ramp up to my garden that dug into my brand new stucco wall and damaged it. When I asked them to pay for the damage the response was that I wanted the work done cheap, and that I was trying to blame them for someone else's damage. I have attached a picture of exactly where the ramp was with the damage. The repair will be $100 and they have refused to pay saying I basically get what I get cause the service was cheap! So disappointing. I am going to file in small claims court. They need to focus on being courteous and professional and owning the damage they caused. If I could give them zero stars I would. He said he can't do electrical as well and there is an outlet that I needed to move about 4 ft. Quoted me $3500..... I said no and he immediately went down to $1800. Like why would you quote me that high to begin with if you can do the work for $1800? Very unprofessional, unreliable, price gouging at its finest.
