The owner, Francisco, who is almost always there to make sure his guests are happy, is a Chilean entrepreneur with a loud and fun personality that will make you want to stay just to talk with him. He also is married to a lovely woman from Mexico who definitely influences his meals (in a good way). The flavor in every dish at 20000 Leguas is beyond most. They have amazing happy hours and a great selection of both national and international wines and beers. I was recommended a German beer that was unfortunately too sweet for my liking (kind of like a Lemon Stone) and they changed it for me without a problem. The cool thing about 20,000 Leguas is that the owner also has a small seafood brand that is sold in Jumbo, so he takes the best seafood of the day and serves it in 20,000 Leguas - including ceviche, shrimp and fish! They offer breakfast lunch and dinner and despite their large menu, they really do cook most things well! They also serve a lot of international products such as pastries and bagels!
