Before we started our daughter was really, really excited about the idea of braces however after a few appointments she absolutely hated the idea and did NOT want braces. I was starting to really dread the idea of fighting her for the next 2 or 3 years through her treatment but that all changed today because of one amazing doctor, C Colby Gage !!! Seeing her light up during her appointment with Dr. Gage & staff... laughing, talking Star Wars, getting excited about The Smile Club, the Yeti mascot, and of course the sweet swag litterally left me speechless. I think the biggest difference is LevelUp Orthodontics didn't make her feel like just another patient, she felt like a superstar! Almost had some mom-tears going on seeing her light up again. Dr. Gage even somehow built enough trust for her to let him pull a very loose, painful tooth. ‍ Wanted to give a huge shoutout and say if you need othro care... give him a try. One of my teens was in braces from a place called NEO that suddenly closed their doors and we needed to find someone to take over her treatment. They were able to come up with a treatment plan and path forward to finishing her braces and getting into retainers. There were several in the family that got dropped by NEO suddenly mid treatment without warning, they stepped up to the plate to help us, and were so grateful. The doctor is so friendly, and so are many of the office staff as well. We enjoy coming here. And I would recommend giving them a call if you're in need of orthodontic treatment. I will also note we checked out 3 other orthodontists in the area, and felt best about going with Dr. Wiggins at Summit Orthodontics because of the knowledgeable, straight forward treatment, friendly staff as well as the overall price.

Several days before my appointment to get started, I was sent an updated quote that had increased $800 from my initial quote. When I questioned why my treatment cost increased $800, they admitted that they had made a mistake and were unwilling to honor their initial quote. Very unprofessional. Any legitimate business would honor their word. Needless to say, I didn't move forward with them. Use caution, as they cannot be trusted.

She made it through everything, got the braces and as soon as the novelty wore off, she refused to get her wires and bands changed. She wouldn't open her mouth and was very disruptive in the office. We kept rescheduling thinking she was just having a bad day. Long story short, it was time to just remove the braces and realize she wasn't ready yet. So we schedule a time to get them removed. We get there the day of and there's no one in the office. Only the staff. They scheduled my daughter to get her braces off without any other clients or customers present. Took my son here today since I had concerns about two of his permanent teeth moving down and not…read morehaving enough space. I was able to call them and set up the appointment very easily and the sent me all the new patient paperwork via email and was able to submit and fill out at home which saved lots of time and less stress then filling out the paperwork in the office. The office is located in Southlands mall(above shops near yankee candle and other shops). Plenty of parking and very easy to find. Upon entering the office I was greeted by the extremely friendly staff. They even have coffee and tea!! Waited no more than 5 min and brought us back. They asked me some questions then took pictures of my sons teeth and a pano on him. Right after that Dr. Garlock came in and took a look and gave me some very great info. He is not a aggressive orthodontist-believe me I know some money hungry ones who just look out for there own pockets. We created a great plan of waiting some more time and monitoring my sons teeth progress. I was also shocked they didn't charge me for the exam and xrays!! Most places will and I know first hand a pano alone can run you over $150. The office is also beautiful and everyone there is very respectful and friendly. We will definitely be back!
