The glasses at our eye doctor are pricy so decided to try Target Optical for a cheaper replacement (already exhausted our warranty for his glasses). We were helped by Crystal. She was amazing. We got there 20 minutes before closing and never hurried us. She took her time and made sure my son got a pair he wanted. She was thorough and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

Which it didn't take hardly any time at all for them to actually come in so we could pick them up. They have a great range of hours and they usually can get you in pretty quickly! He could not authorize me to pick it up, he could not email and ask them to release it via email or mail to him. Federal law does allow the release verbally and/or via email. The customer service help line was able to give us what we needed in less than five minutes. Please educate managers and staff on federal law.

When I arrived, the staff were busy, and I told them I was happy to wait. While I was sitting in the lobby, one of the employees (Anadia) --who was already helping two other patients--yelled across the lobby asking if I had an appointment and I responded that I did and provided my name, "Danielle." She then called out, "Danielle Tatrow?" I confirmed, and she proceeded to shout across the lobby several follow-up questions, including the name of my insurance provider and whether I am diabetic--all while other patients were seated in front of her and could hear our exchange. This was extremely unprofessional and also a HIPAA violation. Personal and medical information should never be shouted in public lobby where others patients can hear. I felt so uncomfortable that I left before completing my appointment. I was genuinely shocked and disappointed by how this situation was handled. I hope management provides additional training to staff on maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality, as no one should be placed in that situation.

My last appointment I scheduled at 4 pm and wasn't even seen by the nurse, no not the doctor, the nurse until 5:30pm. Then they have the audacity to ask you to show up 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to fill out paperwork so that you can be seen by the doctor during your appointment time. If I can't even be seen by anyone for an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment don't ask me to show up early in order to keep on time.
