Once I explained my situation that I was in Milan for two days and wanted to use the use today and tomorrow they offered me a free first session and stated that the second session would be €15. I will be returned tomorrow to use the gym. They have all sort of equipment both cardio and resistance. They have a fantastic weights room down stairs and a relaxing room with bean bags and lodgers. The gym equipment itself is fine but there is no culture of cleaning equipment after uses or staff to do so between users. Odd, since there seemed to be plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. The pricing also appears to have appreciated quite a bit since 2015, a day pass at Hard Candy Fitness now costs 45€ and a weekly pass costs 100€. With prices like that, you're much better off going down the street to Virgin Active (100€ for a month) for a better gym, or just sign up for a class like Barry's. I'm surprised Madonna would want to associate herself with this facility.

I really just enjoy coming here to work out every single day, I live nearby and it is very convenient and fun. They have all sorts of classes like aerial yoga, weight lifting, abs, total body workout, and more, and are super welcoming. They even translate workouts into English for me, which is very nice and of them and generous with their time. I'm not going to the gym every day and they make it feel like a pleasure. I give it five stars because they are super awesome and always willing to lend a helping hand. Gorgeous sauna and ice bath, and nice locker rooms. Sure, not as nice as a country club or anything, but still pretty dang good! I'd recommend signing up for this gym if you're in italy for a month or more- otherwise membership is too expensive to make sense.

Everyone was happy to take time working…read morewith me, speaking English, translating when I was signing up, but when it came time to cancel my subscription I was repeatedly hung up on when asking for help, staff was rude and suddenly no one in customer service could speak English anymore. I was very frustrated becuase they sold me on a "3 month trial" and then charged me at month 5. When I asked why they said I could only cancel by coming in. I told them that in my inital meeting with the sales woman she hadn't mentioned that the 3 month trial needed to be cancelled at all and they said that unfortunately, that is all their memberships. This felt like a cheap trick and I will never return to Virgin I will share my negative experience when asked.
