And today was the last straw, my sister walked out crying after how she was spoken to. That's why I'm finally completing this draft of my experience with her in 2024. Let me start by saying the doctors and most of the staff here are friendly and professional except for one person: Maria, the one who handles treatment plan quotes. Please make sure you fully understand your consultation with the doctor before speaking with her, because she will try to upsell you and quote you incorrectly. She does not listen, nor does she try to understand what the doctor actually recommended. She bases all her pricing on her own assumptions and the pre consultation notes, even when the treatment plan clearly changes after speaking with the doctor. When I asked her why the pricing was a certain way, she wouldn't answer the actual question and just kept repeating her version. I eventually had to ask her to bring the doctor in so she could understand the real treatment plan. Only then was she able to quote us correctly. There were even additional treatment options the doctor mentioned, but she never acknowledged them until she explained it herself. It's disappointing because the doctors here are great, but every interaction with Maria has been frustrating, dismissive, and inaccurate. I hope management addresses this, because patients deserve proper communication and correct information, not pressure, upselling, or assumptions. OUTRIGHT INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!…read more At the first appointment of the year back in like 2023, the office staff told me the out of pocket charge would be unusually high. Like a dumbass, I agreed to go on back because they were calling my name. Afterwards I was charged well over $100 for a simple periodontist visit. When I called back for details, they explained the charge was for the negotiated rate PLUS the entire yearly deductible. I went round and round with the office manager telling her that's not how deductibles work. I finally got her and the insurance agent on the phone, who confirmed that the deductible is ONLY about who pays what portion of the negotiated rate. It should NEVER be an additional charge. The office manager finally agreed to write off the extra, as if she was doing me a favor. I later called the insurance company, and they confirmed this is insurance fraud. I put in an official complaint, as the office manager told me while we were arguing that "this is the way it's been for the entire twenty years I've been working here." That implies she pulls this BS with every client, or at least those dumb enough to fall for it. After looking back over my bills, I also realized that almost every time I'd gone in, they later sent me a bill for $80 without explanation. Again, like a dumbass, I trusted them and just paid it. I've held off on writing this review for various reasons. But it's long overdue.

When I got my braces he was only here on Wednesdays & Fridays. Not sure what their schedule is now. He is probably the only ortho I would trust & only dental office I will continue to go to. Key Issues: Misleading Treatment Path: I visited for chewing discomfort on my right side. Instead of diagnosing the root cause, the clinic performed fillings for "attrition"--an insurance exclusion--and immediately pushed a $3,700 treatment plan for "bite correction." Hidden and Escalating Costs: I was never informed that these fillings were non-covered benefits until after the fact. Furthermore, the $3,700 "bite correction" plan they pushed does not even include the cost of the braces/aligners. This is a clear attempt to trap patients in an expensive, open-ended treatment cycle. Failed Treatment: After the procedure, the original issue (inability to chew comfortably) remains completely unresolved. They seem more focused on padding their treatment plans than providing transparent, necessary dental care. My Advice: If you are a DeltaCare patient, be extremely cautious. Demand a written, itemized treatment estimate and full disclosure of all costs (including the "missing" fees for appliances) before you agree to anything. I will not be returning and strongly suggest seeking a second opinion elsewhere.
