I called and the gentleman answered promptly and said they would call me after they were done with another vehicle so they could arrange a time. 6-7 hours no call back. I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy. I would have attempted to work on it myself but my hand is out of commission for the week which is why I was opting for a mobile mechanic. Waste of time

Well, luckily we just found that gem, Intune Mobil Mechanic. Wifey's car battery was DOA , and stuck inside our garage. Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts. Not the kind of replacement I want to take on and if you also have gorilla hands & a poor sense of touch, then you will understand why. Put a call for Yelp in and Julian was the first to respond. Explained the situation and he provided a fair quote for the work. We set it up for the following morning and he was there, as promised. Julian's work was on time , did great work, friendly , easy to communicate with thru text and above all, honest. Glad I got to be his first review on Yelp. Hopefully, others will try him out, and also have the same experience. Said would be at our house at 8pm. Didnt show. Husband text. Changed the date for Thursday at 4pm. Confirmed via text during the day we were still set for 4pm. At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. I can't speak to the quality of his work since no work was performed. But his communication skills are lacking.

I hate to leave a one star review as their first review. But taking my car to this shop has cost me…read morehundreds and maybe soon to be thousands on trying to repair my vehicle. I had my thermostat and timing belt replaced at this shop because my friend had recommended it to me. It didn't have many reviews so I was a bit hesitant to take my car here. Regret doing that. Ernesto Klepper started off very communicative and friendly. He would always answer my calls and texts and keep in touch about my vehicle. After the service was done on my car I went to go pay and pick up my vehicle. I inspected my engine bay to see if the work was actually done. It was, but I see my old thermostat loose in the engine bay. Luckily I hadn't started the car so I just took it out and didn't think much of it. The next day I notice this slight rattling coming from my engine bay. I call him and send him a video of the noise. He tells me to bring it in the next day, so I do. This is where he starts to show his true colors. I take the car to the shop (which is about 25 minutes away from me) and he hears the noise. He does a quick look around my engine bay and under the car but doesn't find anything. He tells me to bring the car back in 4 days. I ask if I can leave the vehicle there overnight but he tells me, "I have a lot of work right now". If you had a lot of work why did you tell me to bring the vehicle in. Now I have to drive 15 miles back to my house on a timing belt that wasn't properly installed on an interference engine. I gave him one more chance, I call him twice and text him but no response. He decides to ghost me after his shop's sloppy work. Surprise surprise. No response, no refund, no good mechanics. Took my car to the dealership and they confirmed that it was the timing belt. I waited to leave this review just in case it wasn't the fault of Klepper Automotive. But it turns out it was. Thanks for the waste of gas, time, and oh so much money.

It was until a few months ago i trusted him to repair my my ls430. It was super expensive but I trusted him. You can do the math, I zelled him an extra $1000 as cashApp wouldn't let me send anymore because the amount of money I was sending him was too much in a short time(together including the zelle transfer i spent over $6000). And my experience has been really awful. After all that money my car's main issues haven't been fixed. He swears that the main issues(camshaft position sensor didn't turn back on until the day I got it back). I don't know what to believe. Some of the money was also for suspension and the suspension I think so far is fine. Lastly he offered to do an engine replacement for $2100 because as he said "felt bad for me". Part of me wanted to say yes, I called him today and wanted to confirm with that it was final price and that I didn't want to pay more. And that until the vehicle was repaired I wanted to keep the yelp review at 3 stars. His answer was that he hung up on me and "didn't want to play games". I feel over charged, and quite honestly betrayed. Anyone that reads this review please make your own judgement. But I hope the texts and the money I paid for speaks for itself. My car now is iffy to drive after his "repairs". Thank you. Update Dec. 4 2025 In response to Chris's comment, I realized he's being extremely deceptive. He claims to be willing to swap my engine for $1200, this is blatantly false. I have evidence that he was going to charge me $2100. Please look at the photos I've uploaded. And as for the meth head comment he posted demonstrates how unhinged this supposedly "professional" mechanic is accusing others of being a meth head is extremely insulting. He lied about only charging me $1200 for the engine swap, he admits he that he couldn't fix my vehicle and still wanted to charge me for his shoddy repair attempt. Please take these things into account for his credibility. He accused me of being cheap, but what kind of cheap person would spend 6k on a car for repairs? I just wanted the repair done correctly and it wasn't. Please keep this in mind, I spent $6,000 for him alone and my car still isn't fixed. I'm a deeply unsatisfied and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I urge you to look at the photos I've uploaded and make the decision yourself whether his shop is trust worthy.
