They told me that they ordered the parts (see another reviewer below who was told the same thing). Turns out, they never ordered the parts. After a visit down there, 4 emails, 3 phones calls (never returned), I finally get an email saying that 'maybe' they could do the work in May. (after I was told I was 'booked' in January). The truth usually works. If you didn't want to do the job or couldn't, say so. Instead, you wasted my time, a 30 mile trip to come see you guys (by the way, crap all over the shop) and lied to me. If there is that much work in Motorcycles, I'm going to open a shop. Compared to these guys, I'd make a mint!

I called them and I spoke to Russ and he was very nice and answered all of my questions and set up a time for me to come in and test drive the truck. During this whole process Russ was not pushy at all and I really appreciated his communication during the whole process.
