Bought an Ex demo CB1100 EX with 600 miles on the clock. On the test ride I noticed brake squeal /vibration from the front wheel. The saleswoman said that it would be looked at when it had its first 600 mile services I was ok with that and bought it. When I collected the bike the brakes were the same, I returned a couple of days later and the service manager told me that being sintered brake pads they take a while to bed in , I took him at his word and left . 2500 miles later I returned the bike as the problem still existed, they booked the bike in, checked it over said they'd sprayed something on it and it was good to go. 1/2 mile down the road the problem returned. the bike has covered 5600 miles now and still has the problem, so I've given up now. I recently had a puncture, had the bike taken to 21st Moto being my local Honda Dealer, and asked them to replace it with the same tyre that was on the bike already. They replaced it with something similar as a direct replacement wasn't available to them without asking me first. When I received the bike back and upon riding it I instantly noticed that there was a noise coming from the rear of the bike that wasn't there before, when I returned the bike the service manager took the bike round the back and returned back 5 mins later telling me nothing was wrong. I questioned him why wasn't he going to test ride the bike and he replied why do you want me to? I explained how was he going to understand what I'm talking about if he doesn't ride it. he reluctantly did, returned 5 mins later telling me he could hear nothing. I have since had another Honda dealer test ride it and they confirmed some noise at the rear. 21st Moto did fit the correct tyre free of charge after I sourced one and refunded me the cost of the tyre they supplied ,but the noise is still there and I'm not sure I can live with it. Im going to try the other Honda dealer to see if they can solve the issue now I know its not the tyre. I found the service manager a bit patronising and because of his attitude can't see me using them again. I've had loads of punctures and tyres replaced over the years and have never ever had this kind of experience before. This could be the end of my Honda experience . read more

Absolutely shocking, took my bike in to have the ccts done and 10 mile later it was running so poorly, it was dangerous. Stalling at every jct and give way on the way into London. I took it back and £190 later they said they couldn't find anything wrong. I got it home and had a look and found that the carbs were loose and tightened them, that cured the stalling but not the hot rough running. I took it to an independent in Dartford and he found that the timing had gone out by one tooth on both front and back cyclinders. He rectified this and the bike was still rough and advised I took it back and to tell them what was wrong and to get them to investigate further. I did so and they said they found a hose off from the carb to the air box, a pipe that vents to atmosphere and has no effect on the bikes running. I gave it back and now they are refusing to work on it because of the after market zorst, do me a favour, the zorst wasn't a problem when I gave it to you first time was it. Now it's time to go to court, create as many website complaints and generally cause the closure of this company purely using the power of bad press. read more

Iv used 21st moto in the past for buying a new bike ,selling a bike ,bike services etc ,so I was confused to see such bad reviews on this site,other reviews on other sites are good I have to say ,so my review I wanted to add to this site to even things up a little, in the past iv bought bikes from 21st moto and always had a bike to test drive and encouraged to take it out for a long ride,on purchase iv negotiated deals and they always match other dealers offers ,on selling bikes of course the price isn't as much as a private sell but it's a business with overheads, but they are fair ,honest,and trustworthy,iv recently taken a bike in for a service,I booked it in as the first job after the mechanic lunch so I can see how long they take, when the bike was returned to me it had been serviced, washed and a radiator cover which I supplied was fitted for me ,the bill was in line with other dealerships and they fitted the rad cover for free, I think if your courteous and give them a chance they are as good if not better than others,I would add I went over the bike fully on return and everything was good they even oiled both edges of chain that a review here said doesn't happen, oh ye and tyre pressures were deliberately low before service and spot on after service, therefore iv NO complaints and have to give a five star rating ,if any complaint at all the bike clean wasn't perfect but what do you expect,it was free too.ta 21st moto read more

Hello to everyone who is Servicing at 21st moto, the so called (5 star workshop with a team of trained Technicians) I have Serviced my motorcycles at Honda Dealers for 8 years, to my convenience I have tried 21st moto, and I can say that they are overcharging customers for doing as little as possible, I am in doubt if they even checked the bike properly or just changed the oil and filter as any other service can do. I am quite unhappy and will stay anonymous to avoid hassles, I just want to inform my fellow motorcyclist. The reason is, Not a single Sliding, Pivoting, Rotating Point was Greased or Lubricated. There was no Adjustment to Clutch and Thortle freeplay. The Chain was not cleaned and lubricated, but only lubricated from one side of chain..... that means one side of O rings. And lastly, The Motorcycle was not even washed after Service, what you Certainly get in a 5 star Workshop.!!! I am not a Trained Technician as in 21st moto, but I know basic stuff, and this service was one of the worst I got on all my motorcycles. Shame on you!! Never again. read more
