Took a floral arrangement workshop here, the other month with my friend, An. I've made my own arrangements before with no formal class. This was a great intro from a seasoned professional and a nice entry into Korean style floral arrangements which I'm not familiar with at all. If you're someone who like more structure/instruction such as my friend - it might not be the best class for you however in situations like that, my tip is to advocate for yourself, ask more questions OR take more private class and explain to the instructor how you like to learn. The instructor pointed out that certain flowers hold more flowers and certain flowers must be handled differently whether it be how it's cut, etc. I enjoyed this class. We made a floral basket (which the instructor said is really popular - there is one other option (just make a note of it if you don't want to do a floral basket). Gave them to my man and he loves them; it's been two weeks and some of the flowers are still blooming/fresh. (You're suppose to water the specific arrangement it every 2 days.. we only did that once or twice..) - going strong! read more

My boyfriend ordered a large bouquet from this business through DoorDash for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the bouquet went missing -- either the dasher never picked it up, or the dasher stole it after pickup. When I called the business to clarify what happened, they told me the dasher had picked up the order and that their job was done. I asked if they could provide any type of confirmation so I could follow up with DoorDash, but I was told they had nothing to offer. The person on the phone was extremely unhelpful, which was disappointing and confusing since we did pay for the product. At the very least, I expected some assistance or guidance. I ordered flowers from this shop for Valentine's Day and was unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. The bouquet I received was not what I expected based on I ordered. I ordered a lilac-colored bouquet, but instead, I received a bouquet with white and red flowers. To make matters worse, the two lilac flowers that were included were already wilted and I had to throw them away immediately with some other wilted flowers. There's 2 hour parking on the street, which was pretty easy to find in late afternoon. Course was about 97$ per person. Took the introductory floral arrangement class with a friend here and it was an absolutely lovely experience! It's held in the back of the floral shop, the the class is small and private, capped at four students. Classes are held only at 1pm it seems on most days. The teacher was very patient and explained all the basic concepts of Korean flower arrangements at the beginning of class before we started, and provided more details as the class went on (a total of 1.5 hours). Each student is given a vase to fill with their flower arrangement, and another holding vase with all the flowers for arrangement and filling leaves. The teacher gave each student individual attention to help with their arrangement, and emphasized several times what was most important for Korean-style arrangements! I had so much fun designing my bouquet, and at the end the teacher helped tie a ribbon onto each vase to complete the look. I will definitely be back to take more advanced classes! Could not recommend this unique experience more :) read more

A group of us came in for an intro floral arrangement class and it was a disappointing experience. Stepping into the place, it's airy, beautiful, and spacious. Class is ~$90 each so it is not cheap. They provide you with a pre-selection of flowers and pots with floral foam inside. Class mentioned there is afternoon tea and dessert but we didn't get any. Just a bottle of water upon request. Our teacher was probably one of the worst floral arrangement teacher ever. She did give us an intro on what floral foam is and the types of flowers we were working with that day, but that's about it in the full 1 hour we paid for. She told us to cut the flowers and stick them into the foam for each steps, so we followed her directions. She didn't help us with how to form a good floral arrangement design, no techniques taught, and pretty much no teacher and student interactions at all. She didn't walk around the room to help us out individually even though some of us struggled to how to form a good placement. 90% of the time she just sat there and scrolled through her phone. All of us thought it would have been way cheaper and probably an even better experience if we just watched youtube at home and bought our own flowers because we seriously learned nothing coming out of that class. All of us pretty much navigated through the class ourselves and we communicated to each other design tips we learned from our own experience. Also she told us to water the flowers in 2 days. Good thing I noticed the flowers started drooping the night of and watered immediately the next morning, otherwise if I waited 2 days it would have been dead. Not sure if it was because we spoke cantonese and the place speaks mandarin, so we weren't getting the customer service we wanted. But all of us speak and understands mandarin so that shouldn't be an issue. Not coming back. read more

I have now received two months of bouquets. Though promised designer bouquets containing fresh, high quality, of-the-season "premium flowers," that "will vary with each delivery", I received two consecutive bouquets containing the same uninspired selection: standard roses (1 completely broken in half in the middle of the stem), 2 spray rose bunches, 2 small carnation bunches, filler fern leaves (some browned), and another filler (statice?). The only flowers that leaned seasonal/premium were 4 butterfly ranunculus, but they were in terrible shape: all wilted with brown edges, one completely broken and petals falling off. I had to cut all of the ranunculus very short into a bud vase length because of the unhealthy stems. Plus, the flowers in the bouquet were cut to varying lengths to appear dramatic in a tiered bouquet presentation, but this is highly impractical for actual arrangement in a vase and required a lot of recutting to make them even. The concept promised is compelling but execution left a lot to be desired. I will unfortunately be asking for a cancellation. read more

She knows what she's doing and can be very resourceful when you need to learn more about flowers. I got a lot of unique flowers from them and now I'm on their subscription service because I trust their tasty and the flower quality. They have freshly cut flowers, dry flowers, bouquet and some plants in store. They also do same day delivery sometimes. I would recommend to just go into the store and feel the vibe. read more

The bridal bouquet was very small, the arrangement on the pergola had very scanty flowers as did the arrangement at the 2 curtain ties. The small corsage had just one bud/ flower unlike the picture that was sent to us. I selected the pieces from the pictures that were sent to us. The arrangements were way smaller than what they showed. The colors were very dull and not what we had asked for. The sales rep showed be a beautiful picture of a medium size bouquet and I selected it for $110. I asked for roses, peonies, and other flowers that were in the store. When I picked them up, without a vase, as I chose that option, it looked okay wrapped up in a lot of paper. When the host unwrapped them and stuck them in the vase, I was mortified as the seven roses, no peonies, and a few white flowers fell apart. I was so embarrassed.
