Amazing! There are not enough words to show my gratitude to him. I teach online from home and my computer just stopped in the middle of my last class making clicking noises. It was a 1600 toshiba and I thought it was a lost cause. I didn't think I had an option so I purchased a new laptop (work still goes on) but gave him a call to see if there was anything he could do. Cesar revived my out of service had not been turned on in three years mac computer. He opened it up, cleaned it, updated the memory, hard drive and OS systems. Hello yelpers, first off I want to say I don't leave much reviews, but today I made an exemption. I have to say Ceaser is one of a kind. From the first time I called him on the phone he was very attentive to my questions and concerns and I explain to him my issue with my desktop. Within a minute he explained to me the possibilities of my desktop not turning on and what part I needed. On my second phone call he was still being super nice and very very informative on computers and what I need. He even offered me to do FaceTime to teach me what to do so I can fix my computer (some what easy fix). He pointed out exactly what to take out and install So I can get my lovely computer back in service. I even thought about throwing my desktop to the trash and getting myself a mini computer (worth about $900). He then said let me Google the model of your computer. I'm glad he did, cuz he just saved me $900 bucks, he said your computer is a good one. You just need some cleaning. So he even offered to clean my computer through the web with direct access to my comp. MAN talk about customer service!!!! I can stay in my pajamas and get my computer running again and faster. Cesar is a really good dude. My laptop bricked on me when I was doing homework over the weekend, and I came across his page on Yelp. He responds to messages very quickly, and is very friendly. He even changed the service price from $130 to $100 since I'm a student. My OS was corrupted, so he installed a fresh copy of Windows with Office 2016, and no extra "bloatware" that may have came with your computer. Most importantly, all my schoolwork was backed up and restored. After service, he gives you 1 year of warranty through him as well. I have had Cesar, from 247 PC Tech, trouble shoot and repair various software and hardware issues on two different occasions. Both times he has proven to be very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He also is very personable, honest and really wants to please. On his most recent visit he installed a new 8.1 window operating system, cleaned up my files, provided the Kodi software (free movies, tv shows etc.) and installed a new antivirus program. His fee was very fair and he provided life time tech support on my computer. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Caesar . I switched to a new wi fi network that the printer and Roku could not find. Ok, this review is about a month over due however, I wanted to make sure that everything was up and running as it should be and longer than just a couple of weeks. The verdict??? AMAZING! Ceasar was awesome. At first I was hesitant having someone come to my home to fix my computer but when the occasion arises again, I'll definitely be calling him back. Ceasar was very polite, professional and did a great job repairing my laptop. I've used BB in the past and it always seemed that after just a couple weeks something else would be wrong with my computer and I'd be taking it right back. Like I said, it's been about a month since Ceasar worked on my computer, completely wiping it, backing it up on an external hard drive, installing the latest Windows and an anti-virus and everything seems to be working as it should.
