Even though I didn't shop at a Party City often, I'm still sad because the store/chain is closing and it was great to be able to look/feel/touch costumes, etc. The workers in this store are very helpful too!

Horrible customer service. Prescheduled a balloon pickup with hi float so that they would last…read morelonger. One of the balloons was already on the ground within an hour. The rest were on the floor less than 12 hours later. Called to ask for a refund and the employee was rude and wouldn't even offer one but just told me they don't last more than 15 hours. Went home and immediately cut up one, discovering they were light brown inside. Cut up the 2nd, same color as well. 3rd and last peach was okay, half was okay peach color, took a bite or two, but bland, lost excitement. Very upsetting to buy at regular price. Yes, they are not in season, but the manager should have done their due diligence and price appropriately. Out of season equals to discount, seems fair for customers. Buyer beware situation.

Glad I did because the Frisco store was out of Jaws so,I headed over this way for a stop at Barnes and Noble and a skip over here. Walking into this store has a different feel. It seems bigger and browzing around my senses told me there was a different variety of merchandise. I wasted no time finding the toys and Fugglers. I haven't been this possessed since the 84' Cabbage Patch Kid Phenom! Luckily they had several Jaws to choose from so I'm now the proud owner of what ever this cool little guy is! No signs, but several staff members standing around talking about this and that. I was at the register for several minutes, then hollered "Hello" loudly. A young lady came up and told me they were fully self-checkout, but if I needed help, they would do so. I repeated what she said, then told her that " I won't be shopping here again because I don't work here, she does. She apologized, but scanned my items. Why in the world is this a thing now? I believe there were 4 staff members there at the time. 3 were talk to each other and another must have been in the back as I saw her stocking earlier. I like the products, but will not shop there again for the reason I stated earlier. Unacceptable in my opinion. I also don't scan my items in Wal-Mart, or grocery stores for the same reason.
