Check the Better Business Bureau for rating on this business. I wish I had checked first, before ordering from them. The first order of buttons I placed took longer than expected, but turned out nice. So, I placed a second order for a different button. That is where things started to go bad. I could not get my artwork to look correct on their rendering. I tried several different button sizes, and finally found one that appeared to look just right. I place the order and when I received them they looked terrible. The example that was provided to me when I placed the order was completely different than what I received. The proportions were wrong. I submitted a ticket and was told that the buttons were made to my specifications. A quote from the reply to my first request: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had to encounter with us in this order and are really sorry for the fact that the product did not turn out the way you expected them to be, thank you for the image you sent us here. We believe you are talking about Order #1111448 with 1.5 x 4.5 Inch Rectangle Custom Buttons. You have claimed to have received Buttons with the width completely out of proportion to the button text and picture and the red border was not wide like it is on the actual product. Please know that you selected the size based on the picture example and said that the text could/should have been on a 2x3 button, but you actually ordered 1.5 x 4.5 Inch Rectangle Custom Buttons, so in order to maintain the proportion and to avoid making the artwork/ image/ text to be flattened (if we had stretched it) and lose its original size, we have designed the image accordingly to an extent where it cannot be enlarged any further (keeping the same aspect ratio of the artwork/text in its original form to avoid it being flattened since it had only 1.5 width, so we could not/ had not stretched it to avoid making the image lost its original shape. If you had ordered a 2 x 3 Inch Button, the artwork would not have the extra large borders in both sides of the Buttons, however since you order 1.5 x 4.5 Inch Buttons we maintained the aspect ratio of the artwork/text and produced it accordingly to fit inside the 1.5 x 4.5 Inch, therefore, your order is correctly produced. If you had provided us a stretched image for the 1.5 x 4.5 Inch size, we would have done it. Even though this order was produced correctly, we are sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. I should have checked this site before ordering. It's bad when you see the very same problem experienced by so MANY others. NO customer service. I placed an order last week with 1 day or 24 hour rush production and 5 day standard shipping. In every other online shop, this means my order placed on Friday, 8/25, would be produced by sometime on Monday. Then it would ship "standard" whatever that means but my guess was first class postal service, which was fine. The estimated arrival date was calculated based on that "5 Days" for beginning or middle of the next week. Fast forward to last Friday - 1 week later. My order NOW listed as "In production". So much for 24 hour rush production and 5 day shipping. There is no way this product will be in my hands anywhere near the estimated delivery date now. I found this information on the BBB site concerning this company and the company's own site; "Rush Production - Rushing an order's production is the only way we guarantee a production time. If an "in hands" date needs to be met this option should be selected." Ignore their "We are here to help. All tickets will be answered within 12 hours or less" when opening a customer support ticket. I'm still waiting to hear back on the first concern submitted 3 days ago. This makes no sense to blame the shipping company for their REFUSAL to honor 1 day rush production. IF I hear back on the email customer support, I will update. 9/5 24 hour offered 10% discount if I extend deadline. Said I would pay cancellation fee for my not contacting them earlier to cancel. (No idea how I was suppose to know they would refuse to honor their end of the deal.) I countered with 50% discount and 24 hw pay expedited shipping. Gave them their 12 hour response time promise to respond. SURPRISE. They have not responded. Charge back filed. 9/7 Having filed the chargeback on my cc, 24 hw has now decided to issue a full refund. Will wait to see it to believe it considering they also promised 24 hour rush production which didn't happen. I finally received a full refund and ridiculous excuses from the company. The company is blaming the hurricane for the problem as it effected their production facility in Houston. SLIGHT PROBLEM, production was order out of CHINA? I did an extensive search for custom yard signs and came across imprint.com. I decided to go with them based on their pricing; after comparing to multiple companies, they were the cheapest. I figured there had to be a catch and boy did I find it! I chose my product, designed the artwork, uploaded it, chose the specs and saw the price calculated as I went. Everything was perfect. Then, I went to my cart to check out and applied a 5% off coupon...which was awesome. Finally, I had to "calculate shipping" by entering my state/zip code. That's when I about fell over! The cheapest option was $166!!! Um...excuse me? I can freight ship an entire crated, 200lb shipment across the country with UPS for $145!!! So I called the "Talk to a real person" phone number at the top of the imprint.com website (1-877-508-4569) and it's answered "24 hour wristbands"...which is my first flag. They have multiple brands and can't get the phone #'s correct on their website?! I explain my situation and of course the sales person works for 24 hour wristbands and can't help me. I get the Customer Service phone # and speak with someone different. I asked if she could explain why the shipping cost was so high. She said it depended on the quantity and product you ordered. I told her what I wanted to order and she came up with the same costs. I then asked if that was for shipping only or if it included a production cost. She said it "probably included production too"...So I asked what that rate was? She said, "I think probably half." I repeated her answer back and she said, "Yes." I told her I was very frustrated and felt mis-led by them. She asked if I wanted to order and I said, "No, based on my experience I think I'm going to order somewhere else" and she HUNG UP ON ME. She didn't apologize or try to understand where I was coming from, which is what I minimally expect when you call customer service with an issue. Then when she hung up on me, I realized that this is a company that just doesn't care. They don't care if their customers are happy, they don't care that they're scamming people out of money and they don't care if we're satisfied. Why do you think they have the reviews and posts turned off to the public on Facebook? If your company is going to be on social media, be open to all feedback! ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS*** First of all, I was super excited to do business with this company after reading a few positive reviews. Now I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer care and wondering if their positive reviews are fake. They sent me the wrong colour bands and won't reimburse nor acknowledge that they are wrong. Quite frankly, my order was promised to be delivered in 7 days or by August 27th and they were not. I think that voids their "Terms & Conditions ". Their "Terms & Conditions" are not very clear. My order came in 3 separate shipments while I was away from home. I made it very clear that I am a OTR truck driver. I placed ONE order. Why would I expect multiple shipments??? I was under the impression that I needed to have the complete delivery in order to access any issues/problems. They shipped everything separately and are now stating that I had 7 days to file a complaint. 7 days from which shipment? A minor imperfection is completely different than a complete disregard for the colour requested. If they were not able to honour the colour, then they should have stated so. These bracelets are NOT dark red as requested. These are bright red which defeats the point of my mission/order. I'm not sure why you would assume customers would give away hundreds of dollars for incomplete unacceptable work? Multiple times I mentioned that the bracelet colour was too light. And the buttons are printed way too dark. One can barely differentiate between the two colours. And the printing itself looks horrible. There is a reason two reds are used in my logo: to differentiate between oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood. In total, all 3 parts of my order look as though they have come from 3 different companies...there is zero branding consistency. I am completely appalled that 24Hr Wristbands honestly believes the quality of these bracelets/buttons remotely resemble the colours in the files sent. This reeks of a scam hiding behind "Terms & Conditions". I made a simple request. I paid honestly and kept my end of this deal. I expected more from this transaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. On June 17, I placed an order for 1,000 custom 4-inch chip clips and paid over $1,200, including expedited production and shipping, with an expected delivery date of June 30. Nearly 10 days later, on June 26, after my payment had already been processed, I received a phone call informing me that the company didn't actually have the 4-inch chip clips in stock. At that point, my order was supposed to arrive just four days later. To keep my deadline, I agreed to switch my order to the 6-inch chip clips after being assured they would still arrive on time. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating the new delivery date would be approximately three weeks later. Since I needed the items before July 3, that timeline was completely unacceptable. I called customer service and was once again told the order would arrive by July 2 and that I would receive an email confirming that timeline. The email never came. When I called again, I was told the order was actually still three weeks out and that, if I wanted them sooner, I would need to pay even more for expedited service. At that point, I chose to cancel the order and requested a refund. Even the cancellation process has been frustrating. I was told the cancellation had to go through another department before I would receive confirmation or information about my refund. It has now been almost two weeks since I canceled the order, and I still have not received confirmation that my refund is being processed or when I can expect to receive my money back. The biggest issue isn't just the delay, it's the complete lack of communication and accountability. This company accepted more than $1,200 for products they apparently didn't have in stock, repeatedly gave conflicting information about delivery dates, and has continued to leave me chasing answers regarding my refund. As a small business owner, reliability and communication are critical. This experience cost me valuable time, created unnecessary stress, and forced me to find another solution at the last minute. However, they are misleading and arguably, flat out lies. I've placed 2 orders with the company-the first was for hand held fans- paid for rush production and shipping (it was a last minute event) the product arrived 2 days late and the artwork was wrong (even though I submitted a picture and approved a proof with the correct art work). Called and created support ticket-first offered 30% refund (for a product I couldn't use at all). Requested more over the phone and got a 'credit' on my account. I ordered again because I had gotten lanyards from their partner company imprint.com and they were nice quality-but I didn't have a 'credit' on my account with imprint.com. Placed my order (4 items total) more than 2 weeks in advance so I would have it in time. An image that I had for a flag order was low resolution (that took 2 days to work out through the ticket system) so I cancelled that portion of the order (3x online and 2x on the phone). Did they continue to make my other products (that had all been approved for artwork on time) so that I could get them on time? NO. My order sat in a holding status. when I finally got a person on the phone to inquire again about my order they told me they couldn't move forward because I hadn't paid. I explained to them that I couldn't pay because I still had the charge for the cancelled flag order on my bill and my 'credit' was not being applied to the order either. They explained that I would need to pay for the entire order (including cancelled flag) then submit a support ticket to have the charge for the flag and the 'credit' on my account refunded to me. 1 Star Extremely disappointed with both the quality of our order and the way this company handles customer service. We ordered 100 shirts for our organization, expecting a professional product that accurately represented our branding. What we received were shirts with two completely different shades of blue printed on the same garment. The front of the shirts was a dark, grayish-blue, while the back was a bright neon blue. The difference was immediately noticeable and made the shirts look mismatched and unprofessional. What has been even more frustrating is the response from the company. Rather than acknowledging the obvious inconsistency, they repeatedly copied and pasted the same explanation about how colors may vary from what is shown on a computer screen. That is NOT the issue. We understand that screen colors and printed colors can differ. The problem is that the front and back of the SAME shirt do not match each other. Every response has referenced their color guide, monitor settings, and industry tolerances while completely avoiding the actual concern. After multiple emails, photos, and explanations, they still refuse to take responsibility for producing shirts with visibly different shades of the same color. As a business customer ordering 100 shirts, I expected accountability, quality control, and a genuine effort to make things right. Instead, I received canned responses, excuses, and an offer of a partial refund that does not come close to resolving the issue. If consistent branding, quality printing, and customer service matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Be warned. The companies website splash page says "order today - ships tomorrow!" What a lie!!. After I placed the order (Feb 7, that same day the entire order amount was charged to my credit card) They emailed confirmation and a proposed delivery date of 2 weeks later (Feb 21). When the wristbands had not arrived on Feb 21 I called customer service to ask why. They said the production date was now March 1 with standard 5 day shipping to follow after that. They did not communicate during those 2 weeks they couldn't reach the Feb 21 delivery date they originally proposed in writing. March 3 was the drop dead date of when I needed the wristbands and therefore I offered to pay extra to have it expedited. The customer service rep from some international call center said she would have the company call me Monday Feb 25. I never received a phone call, so I contacted customer service again to cancel the order, they opened a online "ticket" then wrote to me the order couldn't be cancelled due to being in the "production cycle". I had paid extra to have these produced in the United States for time and quality considerations promoted by their own website and it was all just a lie. Appalling. Be warned, once you make an online order, there is no way to cancel it. Terrible! I only needed 12 wristbands, but due to the company's designed up-selling strategy I had to buy something like 40 of these stupid things to keep the price from being over $250. The company just keeps TAKING time and energy away from me and not returning my MONEY. I should not have to pay for 24hour Wristband's inadequate knowledge, implementation, poor communication or shoddy practices. There are plenty of other companies who make custom silicone wristbands. We ordered 1500 wristbands on June 17th, expecting to receive them by June 28th according to their specifications. We chose Standard Production Time which they claim is 7 Days. At no point does it say 7 to 21 days. It just says 7 days. We decided to go with that and rush the shipping and it said delivery date would be June 28th. I would understand if it's delay a few ays after that but upon calling them on June 28th to check on the order they said it could be 7 to 20 days of production time and that they would not be delivering them before July 1st (we need them for an event on July 3rd). Spoke to their representatives many times and ALL of them are terrible! They argue with you and tell you that you should have paid for rushed production AND rushed shipping but the reality is that they false advertise as if it their production will be quick but it takes them forever to fulfill orders. That is a scam. If your production can take 7 to 20 days, you need to specify that very clearly on your website but of course, they don't. Now that we asked for our refund back, they say they can't because order is in production. Never using them again and I hope others reading this, don't use them either because you might get lucky here and there but trust me, they are terrible. Scammy. deceitful and full of false advertisement with delivery dates they can't keep. Based on other reviews, the owner will probably respond to this and say that "sTAnDard pRodUcTioN iS nOt guaRanTeeD, blah blah blah". My suggestion is you guys stop lying to customers because peoples' events depend on your items so be honest about your production capability! This is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. I do not recommend them. They are called 24 hr wristband, so you'd think that ordering a week and a half prior to an event would result in on-time-delivery? No. First they take your order online and charge you money including a 3-5 day shipping additional fee - then they wait 3-5 days - nothing comes/ then they claim they created "a ticket" and you did not respond (why would you need to respond to a PROCESSED PRE-PAID order that you got a confirmation receipt on?). They told me they "put my order on-hold" because of "artwork". NO - I signed off on all the artwork AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. So, they make "another ticket", and want more "rush shipping payment". You pay it, since they promise the matter is solved and the product will be delivered on time. By the time you realize you can't track shipping the additional money you paid for "rush shipping" has gone through (and they don't offer PayPal - conveniently). Every time I called they (Max, Alice, Henry, Kevin, and so on) just made "another ticket", and finally someone (nameless) left me a phone messages with vague information about how they can't refund, but can offer discounts (more un-written promises), leaving no contact information. So, now you call them complaining you've paid all, and have nothing - they say items can't be cancelled, they are "in production". You'd think at least they'd refund the "rush shipping fee"? NO. They just "make another ticket", ends up they can't make the deadlines they've promised, and will not refund anything! EXCUSE ME?? I told they that is fraudulent business practice. I ordered 3 custom T-shirts on 2/16/15 and paid $35.00 it was inexpensive and I was happy with my design, until I actually got my Order in the mail I received order on 3/6/15 ( I little over 2 weeks) just in time for our event on 3/21/15 I originally order charcoal grey color shirts their customer service called me and said they were out of that color so I picked a bright florencent yellow Which they call daisy. I received a GOLD color shirts and the name printed on the shirt was unreadable. the name was over lapping the middle design and you couldn't even read it. plus it was black ink on top of black ink... The quality of INK was also very bad. It was faded and look like my shirts had been washed a few times. you think that once they were done printing they would look at design and say something looks wrong! But instead they just sent it out anyway.I was so disappointed when I received this. Then I called customer service who told me to submit my issue. and that once they saw my issue they would redo my shirt at no cost.....after waiting for a response I then called back after 4 days. Customer Service says they can not re-do my shirts. They stated I can get a refund in about 7-10 business days( still waiting) and that I would have to reorder my shirt all over again.. Which will take another 2weeks if I chose their standard order. So frustrating..... To have wasted so much time.. I normaly order from custom ink which a bit more money but I got exactly what I ordered. read more

This has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences I have ever had. I placed my order for 200 T-shirts on Wednesday, January 21st (Order #IME9136B4855), allowing what should have been more than adequate production and delivery time. I clearly stated--multiple times--that these shirts were required no later than February 11th for a Theatre Anniversary event. I selected this company specifically because I was told the shirts were scheduled to arrive by February 4th. On February 6th, after receiving no shipping confirmation or updates, I called to check on the status. I was then told the shirts were still in the middle of production and would not be delivered until February 16th--five days after the event they were ordered for. To make matters worse, I was informed that if I wanted the shirts any sooner, I would need to pay an additional $300 for "rush" shipping--for a delay that was entirely caused by their failure to meet their own stated timeline. Paying extra still would not meet the originally promised date. Charging a customer hundreds of dollars to compensate for your own missed estimates is unacceptable. The lack of proactive communication, missed deadlines, and shifting responsibility onto the customer reflects extremely poor business practices. This order was for a milestone anniversary event. Instead of reliability, I received delays, excuses, and an unexpected surcharge. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company--especially if your order is time-sensitive. read more

I order from these guys because their web site is super user friendly, BUT where their service is horrible is their delivery & customer service...they charge for "standard" delivery a price per a certain day, like .05 cents for one day and .04 for one day later, .03 for the day after that...so when I pay a price for a certain delivery day and they are several days late, I call asking for the difference between what I paid versus the actually delivery date...I get some "manager" with a heavy Indian accent who just goes round and round stating that their T&C's clearly state that standard delivery isn't guaranteed...when I ask him, what is considered late for standard delivery, he basically said nothing, which means if they are a month late it's not their problem, yet they will gladly take your money for a date they have no idea if they will make it or not...all I was asking for was .02 cents per wristband refund...I have another order in the pipeline that is due this Friday and they have no idea where in the production pipeline my order is...this is for a fund raising campaign for a patient in intensive care, but the guy on the phone basically could careless, they are as bad as an insurance company, always deny, delay, defer or counter accuse...bottom line I pay for something there is always a level of expectation, in this case the manager told me, if I pick standard delivery should expect it to be late...really, then why charge more for an earlier standard date??? read more

I was very disappointed in the company. We placed an order on line for lanyards in the beginning of July. Went through all the steps and we selected 7 day production with 2 day shipping. They have this way of checking the status of your order. Well every 4 days I would check to make sure that I knew when the package was shipped and would be able to get it from our shipping department on time. When the second week (now 11 days) went by I called the customer service number and they told me that would submit a ticket about the status being updated to shipped and that our lanyards were shipping out. So I called our shipping/receiving department to let them know I was expecting a package. Another week goes by and our shipping/receiving department still doesn't have anything. So I received an email 13 days in that says my ticket has been completed and my status is updated. I log in and sure enough it's still in production. I call customer service yet again. Here we are 16 business days since start of order. They told me that they shipped the other day and that we would receive them in a week. We paid for 2 day shipping, and we were told 7 days in production. Customer service said that it's really 7-14 days production and we can credit you the shipping costs.- Now we have 100 lanyards that we spend almost $140 that we are not able to use for the event that we planned because it will be over with.
