They did a great job on my custom Michael Myers Halloween Kills t-shirts. I got a photo with writing on the front with "Halloween 2021" on the back. The shirts came out great and we're ready in 48 hours. The only downside was the price almost $100 for 2 t-shirts was a bit much in my opinion but I did get exactly what I wanted and it was for a special occasion otherwise I would not have spent that much on a shirt. I really really really like how they dont charge you if you bring your own clothes to get printed on. If you want to get something from their catalog, they are able to get it the next day Unlimited colors 1 print/image $10, and $2 per additional location- can't really beat that. For darker clothings it's about 18-20 per image/print. SERVICE I was actually in a rush to get my 2 tees done by Friday, and she actually told me she would do my prints right away so I wouldnt have to come back to pick the shirts up later. As I was leaving she thanked me by my first name- Before making my shirts, she warned me the resolution wasnt great, so the shirts may not come out spectacular, but they actually came out really good!! I was originally planning on getting tee shirts only, but I plan on going back trmw to get 2 more things done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I didnt see a sign up, but this place is next door to the guitar lessons place. I went to the location on 4th street- 2314 4th St. Ste A, Santa Rosa 2nd time experience- just as great as the 1st time- but this time I had black shorts to get printed on- and they look amazing!! I have a bachelor party coming up this weekend. i ordered some shirts from another website 3 weeks ago and the day of delivery they told me I had issues with my artwork. I was freaking out because this happened Tuesday, and i was leaving 5am Friday. Found 24 hour shirts on Wednesday, walked in and they told me they could have my shirts ready the next day. I went and picked up the shirts today and they were perfect. better than i thought and now i have them and can move on with the rest of the packing and planning. They did front and back, detailed graphics on the front, each shirt had different names, and they were able to accommodate everything in super fast speed. 24 HR t-shirt printing saved my daughter's birthday party! I had planned to have shirts printed locally (in AZ) and the printer ruined all of them! I needed the t-shirts and to have them printed in 3 days and Johanna made it happen! I emailed her the full color logos (front and back) and told her the style and color of the t-shirt I wanted (black) on a Monday and she had them printed and sent to my daughter in San Francisco so that they arrived by Thursday! Her prices were better than I found locally, she was fine with printing a small quantity and she had no problem digital printing on black. I would definitely use Johanna's services again! read more

POOR SERVICE!!! I would never recommend this establishment. I dropped my shirts off on a Wednesday to get my company name and phone number printed on them. Johanna, the owner, said they would be ready Tuesday the next week because of Memorial Day and she would call me. Tuesday came and no phone call. I called her Wendesday afternoon and she said they were ready. I came in the following day and and there was a big problem with my prints. They said there was something wrong with shirts I brought in. They were pima cotten from Costco. I would understand if they printed just a couple of them and then stopped or maybe even five or so to try and get it to work, but all 12 of my shirts were printed on. Johanna then said that I should still be able to wear them because of what I do for work and that they're just going to get dirty anyways. I run a very professional business and we are very detail orientated hense the name Detail Construction. I would have even been ok with a few blemeshes, but these were horrible. The main print on the back of the shirts has one side of the print faded and the other side is cracking. Johanna gave me a 10% discount and said she would take care of me when I come back. So now, between the $131 dollars I paid her and the price of the shirts, I'm out almost $300 because I would never wear the shirts to advertise my business and I can't return them. I was blown away! After I left, I called her to ask her why she didnt call me and and let me know what was going on and her answer was, "I just went with it." Then she told me, "I really don't have a logical answer for you." WOW!!!!!! I have never delt with that poor of service in my life. I would never recommend 24hr Shirt & Sign Printing and will not be back again. read more
